The price of accommodation and daily access to the pool and sauna at the adjacent sports complex.
The room is cool, which is compensated by the air conditioning with heating. There's no heating in the bathroom, and the towel risers are cold. We had to wait for warm water. The breakfasts are decent, but at 400 rubles per person, considering the selection (porridge, sandwich, and bun with tea) it's restaurant-quality. If these issues don't bother you, I recommend it.
