The room is very small, everything seems to be washed and laundered, but you don’t want to touch the linen at all — everything is somehow very worn, with yellowish stains that cannot be washed off, there is a strange smell, the bathroom smells of dampness and nothing dries. Doesn’t correspond at all to the stated price of 4, 000 rubles — the red price is 1, 500 at most.

Horrible behavior from staff towards customers.
When you check out, you feel like you're at an inspection. The cleaning lady allows herself to speak out (open her mouth at the visitor) despite the fact that they were just spending the night in the room…

We rented a room for RUB 6, 000. Comfort of an average roadside room for 2-3t. R. Not a complete hygiene kit, no slippers, tired mattress, bathroom without shower or bathtub. The furniture is chipped. Don't drink a cup of coffee in the morning if you don't have it with you. Car without secure parking. If you want to relax, this is not the place for you.

We contacted the reception (at first there was no hot water, then for a second duvet cover, then it turned out that there was no toilet paper), the girl helped.
The hotel is located far from the metro, if you are going to return late, you should think about how you will return, to the public transport stop you have to walk 2 houses, in principle, not much, but it’s a bit difficult with things.
They skimp on lighting in the room; several light bulbs are missing or not working, which gives the impression of a rather gloomy room. Poor sound insulation: on the first night we moved into the next room and there was noise until late at night, the next day someone from above (the residents of the house) did something with the heating pipes in the morning. The street is noisy from cars, our room windows faced the street with the roadway. It’s dusty when you enter the room, and, of course, they don’t clean it every day. My nose was immediately stuffy, I was allergic to dust. Bathroom amenities are not updated. It's good that we only stayed here for 2 nights.
The room was dusty, there was someone's hair on the floor in the bathtub before arrival.
It’s not clear why they charge 6, 000 rubles per day.

1. Check-in was postponed 1 hour later, no compensation was offered.
2. Hotel in a residential building, entrance via stairs to the high first floor — inconvenient with suitcases.
3. There was no soap in the room; shower gel and shampoo were provided.
4. There were no tea and coffee bags, but there was a kettle.
5. The blanket is not tucked into the duvet cover.
6. There is no parking, but there was a place along the house near the entrance.
In general, it is very ambiguous, there are pros and cons.
In principle, if you lightly and only sleep, then the room itself is good, everything else depends on expectations and on what you are used to seeing in the room.
On the plus side — very good pressure of hot and cold water in the shower) ) )

When moving in, I determined the hair color of previously living people. I washed the TV remotes, the air conditioner (barely breathing) and the telephone with vodka. Stuck to your hands! There is no cleaning under the beds, the vacuum cleaner seems to be missing. I asked for dishes in the room. They brought them dirty, the plates were apparently just rinsed and they never saw detergent. Curtains — hanging dust collector plus in paint after repair. It's time to replace bed linen and towels. The amount of toilet paper was simply killer. Savings apparently. There is a problem with parking. You catch a free place at the hotel. It is better to park across the road in a paid parking lot. There is no breakfast, but I saw on the website that there is.
