They made documents, checked in. The receptionist said the car should be driven to a parking lot 100 yards away. You could have said it right away. But, well, let's find that we were inattentive, perhaps we should have clarified where the parking lot is. Next in the room. The air conditioning is not turned on. And there is no phone communication with the administrator, or rather a memo with phone numbers is, but the tubes that would call them, was not found. Had to come down from the third floor to the first and tell the administrator about the non-functioning air conditioning. What she said, maybe you open the window, you would have checked in a little earlier, or now there are no technicians. We came to the room, opened the window, and there you can hear the noise of the M5 highway. Again to the administrator at first. We came back with a technician. It is not clear why it could not be sent at the first address. The technician for 15 minutes pressed the buttons, the air conditioning worked.
