Poor standard of cleanliness — hotel offered a very small discount and didnt have the decency to offer tje discount to an additional nights stay. room bathroom had pubic hairs all over the floor and the hotel did not send anybody up to clean it up, they just left they dirty bathroom as it was. Dissapointing standard of hotel for the prices they charge. The England team are at the hotel and I bet there rooms wont be dirty like ours.

The room needs a comic repair. They started to sit back. A separate parking lot for cars is paid even for guests. From 200 rubles a day, it became 350p. Ties with the 2018 World Cup.

Very comfy and a good breakfast. Transport goes from right in front.

Away from the down town, they won't let you not eat because the coffee chairs take your plate and don't let you eat in peace, they don't put accessories in the bathroom as if there were only one person. I don't recommend it.

Good hotel, good service. Great pool and sauna. It would be nice to update the repairs, the last time the room had a hole on the curtains.

Great service and attention to details are apparent here. Staff take time to provide an individual experience and make sure that what's important for the client is prioritized. As a gold member, The room update was great and a big value added benefit and perk. Definitely a must visit If your're coming to Samara.

For This price is quite a 4 stars. The Robe of the slippers may have to be requested at the front desk. At Cleaning sometimes did not report a towel, but then it appeared. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was very tasty.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable, clean rooms. The mattress is moderately hard, pillows are comfortable. Good assortment for breakfast. Do not take the rooms overlooking the roadway part, will be noisy.

One of the official world cup hotels. It's an old style hotel with "gilded" interior elements everywhere. Rooms are okay but it feels like it's been a while since the hotel was renovated. It's good they had an iron in the room.

The breakfast was good. Classic Italian Cuisine According to the original recipes. The waiters are polite and helpful, the dishes are served beautifully. The chef sent Bruschetta as a compliment. Nice view of the city.

Good location. Friendly staff. Not too much choice for breakfast. The room has no shoes, a comb, which is somewhat strange.

The event that was held for us was gone by cheers. For the image of the hotel waiters need to tidy up. But the guys worked perfectly! The kitchen was wonderful!

It's a great place! One of the best hotels in the city! Disappointed news about paid parking, a year and a half ago having arrived there for dinner or event, to put the car in the parking lot of the hotel was free.

Good hotel, but not updated for a long time. Somewhat conservative and boring. There is not enough "zest".

Great hotel, but not without flaws of course. The rooms are terribly hot, the beds are unnecessarily soft, in the morning the hot water in the shower gets hot only in 10 minutes. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Will go for 4 stars, even for 3 ( ( ( ( ( ( ( ( () There is no toothpaste for tea and coffee in the room! ( ( (second shoes only for one person, although the room is double. In the café smell catering/fats and spreads. But the staff is good-natured thank goodness. TV without engineer does not work… And so forth, all sorts of things.

Amazing place with multiple entertainment facilities, the staff are very friendly, helpful and amazing. The food is amazing too. I would definitely recommend it to friends who want to come and visit samara.

Old hotel but good service.

The room was very clean and confortable. The staff was quite friendly and the breakfast was really good. The only downside was that most employees didn't really speak english, and the water in the bathroom was yellow. I would also like to mention the conference rooms were quite nice, and the coffee breaks were really good.

Complete frustration! And it's 4 stars. Were in Nizhny Novgorod at the same network. Here's the Bottom really cool and Nice. Same here: otkleivšiesâ wallpaper, old bathroom fixtures, one socket for charging phones in 2-bedded room … And that's that! Do not take breakfast there! Never is the creepiness and not edible. In general the feeling that it's not the Marriott!

Very nice, clean, provide slippers, bathrobes, large swimming pool, sauna. Provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Breakfast in the morning. Comfortable bed.

Renaissance Samara is the best to my mind, very nice staff. Good food and events space. I alsway go to their fitness and swim in the pool. They also have a bouling there!
