  Reporting documents are provided, and electronic document management is carried out.

  To check in, guests must sign an offer agreement. A deposit is made, which is returned within one day after check-out.

  Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement.

  Noisy events, drinking alcohol, smoking, a fine of ₽ 5000.00, being in street shoes are prohibited in the apartment.

  Please observe silence from 22:00 to 09:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00.

  Pets are not allowed.

  Persons under the age of 18 can only stay with their parents.
