For group training, women were given a small locker room near the reception, very uncomfortable and cramped. A large locker room was given to men, on the condition that they were not present at group training. It is not clear what they were guided by.

We visited this establishment on April 15. We were absolutely delighted. Very tasty salads and hot dishes. The children liked the atmosphere in the restaurant and the children's menu. We will definitely come again!

We decided to use the services of this clinic for the first time, we needed an urgent x-ray, we made an appointment in advance, and arrived at the right time. As requested in advance! In the end, we spent time in vain! There was no doctor, they didn’t do an x-ray! Wasted time, could have used another clinic! We will no longer use the services of this organization!

I would like to know why the quality of exercise therapy services in the pool is poor. I came to the third exercise therapy procedure today, paid for it, waited for the instructor for 20 minutes already in the water, but the old Soviet-style instructor who came informed me that it turns out that I myself, with my two hernias of the spine, had to do some kind of exercises, because that “she already explained them to me in the first lesson”” … I want to know why, having paid for this service to a specialist, I should do without a specialist and what treatment procedures, without having any special education. I, as a patient, should do it myself? If such medical services are provided again, I will contact the FAS.

I visited this gym not so long ago, the impressions are the same, it’s a lot of people, it’s a problem to get to any exercise equipment, the hall is small, there is no free room with equipment so that you can work out yourself, you have to do it where the cardio equipment is. It is very difficult to distinguish a coach from a trainee, because everyone wears whatever they want, there is no uniform, one coach had a badge and he came up and corrected those who were doing something wrong. The locker rooms are micro, so that it is convenient to change clothes; a maximum of 2 people can be in the locker room, 3 is all. Showering — well, that’s a different story, after a workout you always want to rinse off, at least to make it more or less comfortable, but putting shower gel and so on is a disaster, you either put it on the floor or don’t bathe with the gel 😂 or don’t bathe at all, as most people do, when you turn on the shower you have to catch the stream to get wet and then rinse off… I haven’t gotten to the pool yet.

This is not a hotel, but a sanatorium where a bunch of sick people gather to treat their illnesses. Narrow Soviet-style beds in small Soviet-style rooms. Since the hotel is large, groups of children often come there, making noise and running around the corridors.

A company moved me in because… I was on a business trip, and this is the only reason why I ended up in this hotel in the first place. I checked in after 18.00 local time and the first thing I encountered in the room was full trash cans and towels on the floor. The room was not ready for check-in despite the fact that check-in was clearly not early. Another “surprise” is the door in the room. No, the front door was there, it worked and even almost always opened the first time (almost). No, it's just another door, as it turns out, TO THE NEXT ROOM. Thank you, it was locked, but the gaps under the door and cracks created an unimaginable feeling that you were not only not alone in the building, but not alone in the room. There was no question of any rest, privacy, confidentiality (all sounds were heard, including the bathroom/toilet). But the adventures of the first day did not end there, because when I returned from dinner, I found the bathroom floor covered in water. The conclusion of the plumber (a very nice older man, many thanks to him) is that the toilet cistern is loosely secured. By the way, the water in the shower, flowing down the walls, also flows through the cracks of the shower onto the floor and collects in puddles, I personally observed this. I have no comments about the kitchen; in any case, it’s not for everybody and for me it was quite tolerable. According to the location of the hotel, it is in an industrial zone, far from the final metro and tram station.

Relatively recently we started using the services of Matreshka Plaza. I was very pleased with the caring and attentive attitude of the staff. I would like to mention the wonderful pediatrician and allergist-immunologist Anzhelika Alekseevna Nartova. We will definitely return to Matryoshka Plaza!

We love Matryoshka Plaza very much and, frankly, it’s very surprising to hear different reviews. We use various services of a multidisciplinary complex. Our opinion is that this is a convenient, modern multidisciplinary center with responsive and polite staff. My husband and I go to the gym. We use the services of the medical center. We recommend 100%.

Everything is excellent, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, clean comfortable rooms, polite staff.

There is no service, the rooms are very small, even the basics — no hairdryer, cleaning every other time, bed sheets are not changed, the attitude towards guests is rude.
The only plus is that breakfast is included. That's all!

I had an appointment with a neurologist at 04.09.23 at 16.00. I came, paid for the appointment, and sat waiting for them to invite me. The doctor comes out and asks why I’m sitting, I say I’m signed up for such and such a time, he goes away and looks at the computer and says that I’m not in the database. Out of indignation, I went to the receptionist, and they told me there was probably a glitch in the program, and they offered to sit until 19.00 in case someone didn’t come and maybe they would accept me. I took the money, said everything I thought about it and left.

We come for the 4th year in a row and make comparisons. In 2019 there was an excellent treatment of 10 sessions, good staff, doctors, we spent time with pleasure. And now in 2023 it’s a complete mess and dirt, every evening events are held on the 1st floor, and loud music plays until late. Treatment has been reduced to a minimum, they give 5-6 sessions, and those that are not needed (breathe salt). And if you don’t have enough sessions, the doctor says, what can I do, if you want, go buy additional ones with your own money,,. The elevators don't work and you often get stuck in them. When you ask for more treatment from doctors, everyone refers to each other, they sent you to the manager, but she hid in her office and did not open the door. We won't come to you again. We spent 60t. We didn’t receive any rubles for treatment, everything was for an additional fee.

Sucks. The room is narrow and small. The pillow is covered in someone else's hair, in the toilet there is someone else's hair on the shelves, in the common corridor the carpet is stained. There is nowhere to get a kettle; to get boiling water you have to run to the end of the corridor to the cooler, where the water is barely warm. This is some kind of horror, not a hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Stayed in this hotel for two days in connection with the World Cup. Did therefore not have any high expectation, but was overall ok positively surprised.
Location — Well I would lie if I said exactly where I knew I was, however it was pretty far from central Samara. Basically it feels a bit in the middle of a residential district of Samara. However, UBER was easy to use to take us into centrum of the town.
General facility — The property looks very Russian style with a lot of different weird color combinations. It looks like something from a bad movie outside, but not in a dirty way, just different.
Room — We got a standard room with two separate beds and a small bathroom. It looked very old school with heavy gray carpets on the floor and a lot of wodden furniture. Surprisingly the bed was very comfortable and we slept great although you could here everything happening out in the hallway.
Dining — Only had the breakfast in the hotel which was in general not that good compared to European standards. However, they had the basic stuff like bread, ham, cheese and fruits to get you going. Had not expected anything better so it was not a problem.
Wi-Fi — Worked all right although it jumped a bit on and off.
Service — The lobby personnel was very friendly and helpful although they did not speak a word of English which complicated stuff a bit. However, the most important thing was that they were willing to try and help.
Cleanliness — The hotel felt pretty clean in general.
