A good hotel, which is located in the private sector, to spend the night is just right! Clean, cozy and good. The administrator is a sweetheart ❤️ there was a late check-in (around 00:00) they checked me in without any problems, thank you!

We celebrated your husband's anniversary, thank you! For the service, for the chic table, for the music! Everything is fine! Now all the holidays are just for you! 🤗🤗🤗

On December 25th at about 9 pm we checked into a suite at this hotel for a day: firstly, it was cold in the room, secondly, they didn't let us into the restaurant for dinner, but offered to bring the ordered food to the room and for us to pay extra for it +10%.
We were turned away at the restaurant reception because of the dress code, namely because of the "dutik" shoes.
It seems that according to the administrator, we needed to come in — 8 degrees in an evening dress and shoes to have dinner in this wonderful place!
Everything would be fine if some of the restaurant visitors weren't dressed the same as us.
Let's keep in mind that after a long journey to a military unit in the Samara region, we definitely need to put evening attire in our bag.
Moreover, we rented a ROOM in this place, and they sent us away :)

They cook poorly, the salad and dessert are tasteless, they pass off sole steak as marbled beef. Frozen meat, only sinews, for 1720 rubles. The medium took 45 minutes to prepare, the administrator did not solve the problem, she did not care about negative reviews.

The beds are wide, the mattresses are comfortable, everything worked. There are slippers, shower gel and shampoo. There is a cooler with hot and cold water in the hallway. They gave me tea and sugar. Breakfast is not very extensive, but quite filling (your choice of pancakes with meat, scrambled eggs, cheesecakes, porridge) plus coffee or tea and 2 breads + sausage, cheese, butter, jam. We stayed for 1 night, we were by car, so the location did not interest us.
There are no sockets near the beds.

Clean, tidy, attentive administrators, the food in the restaurant is delicious. When we called, they honestly warned that they were noisy because of the wedding on the floor below, but in fact it turned out that this did not even bother us. In general, I recommend that if you need to spend the night on the road to the sea, this is it.

The room is excellent, renovation is 4/5, good bathroom, has everything you need, killer on the floor.
The room is clean, the mattresses are tolerable, there are disposable supplies and dishes.
A very pleasant and loyal middle-aged woman at the reception allowed us to use the microwave.
Below the rooms there is a banquet hall with loud music. The Ostrovok intermediary did not provide information about the banquet, although the woman from the reception asked to pass it on. I had to fall asleep to the loud music of the banquet — an obvious problem with Ostrov.
DO call the hotel and ask about the planned banquet/music/noise, these questions will be answered without concealment.

We have been visiting this place since 2012! Last visit took place on August 5, 2021. Unfortunately, the quality of service is declining. Two interns were unable to properly serve a table for 5 people. They brought tea without spoons or sugar and only 3 cups, the serving of dishes was accompanied by requests to bring cutlery, after the end of the meal a mountain of empty dishes perfectly complemented the worn-out interior, after the remark, of course, everything was quickly corrected. For those especially gifted, I am writing this on a weekday; besides us, there was another family of 4 people on the summer veranda. For us, this restaurant is something like a family restaurant, with a lot of pleasant and meaningful memories. I ask the administration to take the selection of personnel seriously; I would not like to close the page for holding family holidays in this restaurant because of such moments.

When they brought us the salad 🥗 Caesar with salmon, the menu indicated that it was lightly salted, but in fact it was just bare salt!
Shashlik is a different story.

This is meat 🥩 and not fried lard!
When we called the administrator, she told us that she saw meat there and not lard!
Although there was immediately noticeable 👀 minimum meat and maximum lard!
After I took a bite of this piece, I called the administrator and showed her lard and not meat, she said, now I see it!
Dear restaurant administration, treat your guests with hospitality and don’t just come up to make amends and leave!
We were extremely dissatisfied!
P. S — Well, in general, we came to try the menu, to be honest, to celebrate your anniversary and order a banquet as you were recommended to us from a good point of view!
