The hotel is great! Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast (4 options to choose from: omelet, cheesecakes, dumplings, porridge), everything you need (hairdryer, iron, heated towel rail, which is especially important during the beach period).
Very far from the city center and taxis are expensive.
The room was not cleaned every day, the water was not restored, I had to ask.

There was room 12 in a separate building. There is a highway nearby with no traffic lights. And the windows have double-glazed windows without sound insulation. There is also no sound insulation between the next room, and I got a coughing neighbor.
There are no blackout curtains in the windows, and the windows overlook the parking lot at height level — everyone can see your striptease.
The food is quite poor, I didn't have enough.
On a large, large bed lies a large, large mattress with a large, large dip in the middle. That's horrible. My back hurt afterwards. The springs are spreading out on the sofa — and I’m just sitting down. In the bathroom, the hygienic shower's power button was broken and when water was supplied, it flooded half the bathroom. Half the lights don't work.
I'm ready to understand and forgive everything, but the bed is beyond my strength.

I lived in the hotel for 2 days. At first we were in one room, then we were moved to a more expensive room because all the budget ones were occupied. Neither of them had a toothbrush or toothpaste. When arriving at a hotel, I always count on such minimal attributes and don’t take them with me from home. I had to ask the maid and she provided it for me. Thank her very much!
In the room on the 19th/3rd floor there is no stand in the shower where you can put shampoo, etc. I had to put it on the floor. Please attach!
The rest is great. Purely! The air conditioner works ok.

I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful birthday that we celebrated at the Prestige cottage. The house is simply gorgeous, everything is new, clean, the pool is large. Special thanks to the senior administrator, if I’m not mistaken, Elena, when booking the house, we hesitated between two houses, they showed us everything, told us everything, and on the day of arrival she accommodated us and was in touch with any questions. I definitely recommend this place for a holiday. The house is truly one of the best in Samara.

Guys, we had the misfortune of staying here in mid-December 2021. The large rooms here are very good. It’s cold because the heating system works on water and heating alternately. At the same time, the boorish receptionist replies that everything is fine, because she herself is not cold. This hotel has no soundproofing at all. That's why we didn't sleep for 2 nights. Breakfast is terrible. The toilet is rocking. Wifi works every now and then. Etc. Etc.
We recommend that you refrain from visiting here.
