When we checked into our suite, there was water on the floor near the toilet in the bathroom. We were moved up a floor, and the towels in our room were different colors—one white, one gray. Hot water was either boiling hot or cold overnight. In the morning, there was no hot water. At breakfast at 9:30, there was no food left—even though breakfast is until 10:00—two scrambled eggs, three pieces of omelet that fell apart, and pancakes, or maybe not pancakes, overcooked and indistinguishable from the outside. The only thing we had was butter, and the bread looked very sad. There was no one at reception, and as we entered the restaurant, a woman chewing came out and took our cards with her mouth full for some reason. When we commented on the hot water, there was no response other than, "You're not happy. " We went elsewhere for breakfast.
