We celebrated a wedding in the small banquet hall. I really liked the approach to organizing the table and the event as a whole! The administrator was very attentive to the wishes of the menu features, and also guided us based on the general practice of holding banquets. The kitchen deserves special praise! Thank you!

Convenient place to arrive by car — with parking. Not noisy, not hot. The room is comfortable. The room has a kettle, air conditioning, refrigerator, small TV. The bed is good, everything worked as it should in the bathroom. Clean. The Internet was good for my needs (no interruptions, enough speed for work). I chose this place because the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and it turned out to be convenient for me for work. This is not the first time I have lived in this hotel — for business trips — it is quite suitable.
There are no shops or cafes near the hotel and unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel closes at 20.00, so after returning in the evening you will not be able to eat without problems. Of course, you can order delivery from the city, but there is no cutlery in the room.
The elevator did not work — it was a bit lazy to go to the 4th floor, but not critical of course.

The hotel is just wonderful! The room is very clean, cozy, there is a kettle, TV, refrigerator.

The hotel is good, new building, fresh renovation. We took a double room with two beds, standard. The beds are comfortable. Clean and cozy. There were shortcomings in the absence of a wardrobe and a second bedside table. But this is due to the size and level of the room. In this case, it is better to take comfort. The hotel is in an industrial area, so it is far from the center, we did not take this into account due to ignorance of the city. There is a problem with Wi-Fi, it almost does not pull, it is better on mobile Internet, MTS-Sila) ) ) Otherwise, I liked everything. The staff does their job well.

We celebrated an anniversary. Everything went great. The cuisine is good, the staff is great, thank you very much. The administrator Oksana Viktorovna is a pleasant, good person who knows her business.

The hotel is simply magnificent! Everything is clean, intact and comfortable, quiet, the air conditioning works. The bed is large, the linen is clean. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, the chef and part-time waiter is simply magical! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of this kind and sympathetic woman, but thank you very much! We were passing through the hotel to Anapa. We stopped when we were going there and, of course, back. My wife took the broth and remembered it for two weeks. I took hodgepodge, it was really rich, real. And by the way, everything is even very affordable, sometimes in a cafe it’s several times more expensive. There is parking, there is Wi-Fi, the girl at the reception is very friendly, with a sense of humor, we checked in right away since we arrived a little late anyway. If you are very tired, you can order food directly to your room without any additional charges. The entire room has carpeting that is pleasant to walk on. What else can I add, for the same price we stayed further near Volgograd, we thought it was probably ok, but it turned out to be such slag. Everything is great in the oaks, I didn’t want to leave, but at home, as they say, it’s better. In general, everything is clean, only the water drains slowly in the shower, otherwise everything is fine.
40 minutes from the center at least and this is on the only bus! Very ill-conceived, of course. On weekends the bus leaves once an hour. In general, I don't recommend it.
What is also important is thin walls and good audibility. I heard the voices of the guests and the TV behind the wall! At one o'clock in the morning! And also, last night I couldn’t sleep because of the noise on the street, either the ventilation there was so noisy, or maybe some kind of pipes. And a dog kennel is nearby. I absolutely do not recommend it to people with sensitive ears!

This is a very good hotel, the food is very sweet but you can choose it yourself. There is a gas station opposite (convenient). The hotel is in good condition.

My wife and I stayed in the Two-Room Suite. In general, considering that the hotel supposedly has 3 stars, the room was not bad. The springs in the mattress can be tolerated. A cheap shower stall with a dangling shower holder did not cause any particular negative emotions. Still, “3 stars”) ) ). True luxury, but that can be forgiven.
Disgusting food. The buffet is the worst buffet we have ever seen. And there is something to compare with. When booking a room, it was the “buffet” that was chosen, and not just “breakfast”. As a result, there are no differences. Only some paid less for breakfast, while others paid more for the buffet. As a result, everyone met at the same time, in the same restaurant. There is only one young man serving this restaurant, and there was a feeling that he did not care about the guests or his responsibilities. The buffet runs from 9 to 11 am. But when we arrived at 9:20 there was simply nothing to eat. We ate everything and the waiter (or a young man, his position is not entirely clear) had no intention of refreshing the food or replenishing what he had eaten. He reacts to comments as if they had come to his home. I do not recommend wasting money on food at this hotel. Eat elsewhere.

Quite spacious, clean room, towels and tea set available. I liked that the building is very quiet in general.
On the downside, it’s far from the center, but the Samara Arena is very close.
In the morning you can order coffee for an additional fee.

The food is delicious, breakfast is a buffet, a good selection. There is a restaurant (1st floor) and a cafe (2nd floor), where the prices are more affordable, but the food is also well prepared.
Clean, comfortable, only the shape of the room was stretched, but not critical for a temporary stay.
