Five raised in advance. In general, the hotel is an up-and-coming hotel, but there are comments. Breakfast is delicious, included in the price. The staff is sympathetic. The rooms are clean, freshly renovated. The room has: refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee, bottled water, iron, safe, hairdryer, shower gel, TV, work desk with chair. There is no room in the room: a heated towel rail, paper seats on the toilet, few channels on TV. You will can get an umbrella, deposit 10$.

Room comfortable and clean. Staff little bit lost sometimes in daily matters, but they tried to do their best and were nice. Restaurant in lobby was not good for eating, it is better to go downtown to have a dinner. In hotel lobby we got cold burgers in a quality equal to gas station offer : (

Lived on the 5th floor. Everything is clean and tidy. Good breakfast. If the opportunity happens, I'll come back again.

I made the paperwork and I left till tonight. By the way, the hotel has a free spa treatment at the local Bali lounge. That's what I took. From what came to indescribable delight, but this is a different story.
So, came back a little earlier to put a bouquet of flowers. Turned on the recipe for a vase. The young man was not as amiable as a wonderful girl in the afternoon. Gave me a vase with poured water… and a wide throat! Which even my broad palm was not able to hug. Well, nothing. In one hand a bouquet. The other one pressed the vase with water and slowly went… Imagine what it is?! First disappointment. Usually the staff bring everything to the room at the request of the client. But not in this hotel (compare there with what (Ramada, Merott and others American). A little later, in the evening I came with my wife and asked for a reception bucket for champagne. He was given to me. But again immediately, on the reception, and I again brought it to the room… Disorder.
The elevators on our floor were dirty. Apparently savings on staff. Maids on the floors apparently they do not exist (features of the Russian economy).
The TV in the room was switched on, but the greeting was written for some unknown to me Peter Ivanov.

Nice hotel, well managed. Kind receptionists. Good breakfast. Very similar to the US Hampton Inn hotels.

A very nice hotel. The staff speak decent English and are well-trained. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern-looking. Breakfast is OK. But the restaurant leaves much to be desired. Given a chance, go have lunch or dinner somewhere else.

Was previously everything was great. But now noticed some shortcomings buyout such a hotel is inexcusable. The first and the most important. The temperature of the water periodically falls when the shower and when you turn on the faucet. There was no such thing before. Second, it is more subjective but still. The speed of Wi-Fi leaves much to be desired.

Components for Hilton a la Nizhny Novgorod? 1. Low-attitude personnel, 2. Poor chambermaid' work (jammed bed on the photo), 3. Drinking water delivered in room only in check-in day.

Amazing hotel with great service for affordable price.

Great hotel! Especially the staff, they attended to every little or big request we had. Dimitry who checked us in and out was beyond pleasant and very professional! The rooms are standard, but very clean and still very new. The hotels breakfast is very good and assortment is vast. I did not expect the Russian service to be at this level, but they have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
