➜ Terrible service, if you have a lining on arrival time, your reservation is burnt, the refund does not occur! For your own money calling and get about the possibility of transfer of the armor as the plane you have delayed and you are on a day later, but despite the fact that the staff did not call back, the money was not returned. In Jetoge spoiled mood. I would not recommend this hotel.

The girls running the hotel speak excellent English and are kind and hospitable. Exceptionally clean and well maintained with spacious, modern rooms. Perfectly located in the heart of Nizhny Novgorod just a stone’s throw from the Kremlin. I feel bad for writing this because the staff were so lovely but in the interests of an honest review there were two factors that made our stay uncomfortable. The lack of air conditioning meant the room was sweltering and the constant noise from the busy Pokrovskaya Street was deafening 24 hours a day.
