For 10 years I come here on business trips. Convenient location. Friendly staff. To the neatness of claims do not have.

Old ground furniture, dirty plumbing. For 3300 rubles in my single was air conditioning, and a swift view of the yard and the neighbor for the same money has no kondey and a view of the wheel. The beds were very clean and the breakfast was very clean. Pleased the reception staff. Breakfasts are included and tasty.

Nice hotel, with very friendly receptionists. The rooms are very average, but the breakfast buffet is great. We highly appreciated that we could charge our electric vehicle at the hotel!

Spent two nights in this hotel on a business trip. It's a very small hotel, although the number fund is pretty decent.
The concierge is very friendly. The numbers are not too large to be grouped into two rooms (as in the dormitory, but the bathrooms are personal). Because the doors are two, the keys give you two. I never had the right place to insert the right key to the right door the first time.
I had a bad sewage smell in my bathroom room, but it's more of an exception.
I recommend a room with a view in the yard, because the intersection near the hotel is pretty noisy in the open window.
The hotel is very clean.
