Terrible hotel, rooms are dirty and poorly cleaned. There wasn't even soap. Only shampoo and shower gel.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The reservation was made for breakfast. On the second day, after 22:00 local time, a woman approached me to clarify about breakfast. My wishes were written down and breakfast was to be brought to my room the next morning. But no one brought anything. They just forgot about it.
No one met me😡I stood at the gate for about 7 minutes, waiting for someone to answer my call. The governess opened the door. Naturally, she didn’t know about my reservation. She started calling the administrator, who was allegedly in another hotel. After sorting out my reservation, it turned out that my room was not cleaned. I sat and waited for about 15 minutes while the governess changed the linen and “cleaned” the room, if you can call it cleaning. On the second day, after 22:00 in the evening, some woman just came up and began to clarify my information. When checking out from the hotel, again, the administrator was not there. He only came when he called. And when I asked for documents for reporting, he printed out the document, where he incorrectly indicated the amount of payment for the reservation, and only the third time, at my request, he somehow printed out the document with a dissatisfied face. I have never seen such terrible service (if you can call it service).

Conveniently located from the exhibition center and close to road junctions.
I arrived and the room was not cleaned, the floor was dusty, the bathroom was dirty, the bed linen was not made. We made a quick breakfast. The reporting documents for the business trip report were never issued, although I clarified this point over the phone.

The room was not cleaned even once in 5 days; we took out the trash ourselves and washed the room. There were 3 of us, there were only towels for one. We asked for more towels, to which we received the answer that they were not dry yet, then they would bring them, but we never received them. There is no soundproofing in the rooms at all. The hotel area is small: if you are lucky, you can park your car on the premises; if not, it will be parked outside the gate. By the way, parking actually turned out to be paid. Plus, you also have to open the gate yourself.
The room was dirty, there was someone's hair and debris on the bedspread and sheet. Someone's left things in the nightstand.
We were greeted by pitch darkness at the hotel (we arrived at 12 noon), the administrator was absent from the reception desk. I had to call her on two numbers. She came up with a dissatisfied face. The terminal turned out to be broken, so I had to transfer payment using a phone number. The administrator (aka the hostess) was generally very difficult to find in the hotel.

Close enough to the airport. There is a transport stop nearby, every 5-10 minutes there are buses directly to the city center.
Very quiet, comfortable mattress. Getting enough sleep between planes or on the way to another city is perfect.
Quick check-in at any time of the day.
The hotel is tired. It could have been tidied up a little and it would have looked better. The photos match, but the impressions are worse than in the photo.
Everything is very inconvenient. To get a kettle in the common dining area — I had to go from the 1st to the 3rd floor to the cooler) ) The bathroom was on the floor, clean.

If you are used to 5⭐ then this is not the place, we rented a room at number 8 for the first and last time we were in such a place.
Disadvantages: the bed linen was not the freshest, the towels were hard, there was no hot water, the TV didn’t work properly, the furniture was tired, the bed creaked, it was impossible to sleep at night because the pipes made noise from the water, there was no sound insulation at all, you could hear people walking and what they were talking about. The room was cold; there was no extra blanket in the room; I left with a runny nose.
Breakfast omelet with sausage (with crust, not for everyone) there is no choice for breakfast. Cheese is not cheese (syrnik), butter is not butter (more like margarine) SEPARATELY FOR COFFEE LOVERS YOU WILL NOT FIND IT HERE.
Pluses include shampoo, gel, soap. 3 types of towels: large, medium and under your feet. There is Wi-Fi that works on 4K.

. Spent the night on the attic floor. Mosquitoes flew at night, the room was stuffy. The bed linen was dark blue with patterns (not for hotels and inns), everything was washed and looked very old, worn almost to holes. The toilet and bathroom are connected, one for all rooms on the floor. The price tag at the hotel is cheap, but the standard of the rooms is even lower. In the corridors and at the reception everything is done expensively, beautifully and tastefully, this is the only plus.

Was in Ufa, looked attractions and was surprised at the quality of the hotel in General and in individual parameters. Happy competence of personnel in its range. Inexpensive stay made me extend the holiday for a few days. Now we would surely recommend to visit this hotel.
