Great sources. Small complex. I liked it.
Hot, very hot springs. Hydromassages and jets throughout the pool.
Subway food… We didn't find anything else.

Excellent hotel.
The website does not indicate that Monday and Tuesday are sanitary days in the pools, the pools are not working.

Closed hotel territory with parking next to the highway, food was taken with us, but they kindly provided the opportunity to use the microwave for heating and dishes with cutlery.

The hotel was nice, I liked everything.
The room was 17 square meters instead of 24. The receptionist said all the rooms with balconies were small, but the island's website stated otherwise.

Parking, decent soundproofing, a large room, a large TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, and sugar. There's a microwave and a water cooler on the floor. The room had a balcony on the third floor.

Close to the airport.
Breakfast is very meager: 3 spoons of porridge, 2 eggs, a slice of bread with butter, and tea.

Needed a place to stay overnight after a long journey without wandering around the city, and this is an ideal place not far from the highway. The room even has a mini-fridge, a kettle and cups of tea.

Excellent large room. Warm loggia. Very close to the sights.
Hard mattresses and beds with worn headboards.

Next to the Potseluev Bridge, a beautiful embankment. The center is within walking distance.
We stayed together in a huge multi-bed room.

So far it’s nice, cozy and simple, I’ll write a full review in a week.

Perhaps the most affordable prices for table rentals. The menu may be steep (for the price), but there are delicious snacks and juicy kebab…

Close to the embankment, new interior, comfortable beds, normal delicious breakfast.

This is not the first time my mother and I have stayed in Spasskaya. And we always feel at home.

The place is great, you can go to the water park every day for breakfast, you can take whatever you want, I advise everyone to go there.

The location is perfect—right in the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's incredibly clean. The bed is comfortable, and there's a closet, hangers, towels, and a hairdryer.

Good afternoon! We stayed with a friendly group of girls from October 3rd to 5th, 2025. We loved the hotel, the rooms were gorgeous, and we lived like royalty (we booked the comfort suite).

I was lucky enough to visit Tyumen in the summer. I chose this hotel because I needed to stay in this particular area. I stayed in an apartment-style room.

This is my first time staying at DTree. Previously lived in the Hamptons. There is nothing to complain about globally.

Great location, in the city center. Near the embankment and all central streets.

New, stylish apartments, recently renovated. Everything is clean.
New, clean linens and towels. Comfortable pillows (4) and a mattress. The bathroom and shower are quite large.

There's a bus stop and two shopping centers nearby.
I was looking for accommodations, knowing I'd have to work. I looked at descriptions and photos.

I highly recommend the Urartu Hotel, which is built in a medieval castle style.
The rooms are cozy and clean. Hearty breakfasts are included in the price. The staff is friendly.

Not far from the center, a couple of stops by bus — the stop is nearby.
Quite clean, towels, gel and shampoo with soap are present.
They checked us in quickly, told us what and where.

It was a wonderful holiday!
The Mirror Hall is big, beautiful, the dishes are not bad, mostly tasty. Parents and graduates are happy.

The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and mattresses, snow-white bed linen, bathrobes. A big plus is that the price includes breakfast and an hour of swimming in the pool. I recommend.
