The apartments are designed for comfortable accommodation of guests, there is all the necessary furniture and household appliances for living.For your comfort in the apartment: snow-white linen made of stripe satin, as well as soft white towels, medium-hard mattresses for a comfortable sleep and blackout curtains for controlling the sun, a welcome hygiene kit, convenient equipment of the apartment with modern appliances: wi-fi, cable TV, microwave oven,washing machine, refrigerator and much more. All utensils for cooking and eating, green/black tea, sugar. We have the following rules of accommodation: 1. Check-in from 15:00, and check-out until 12:00. It is possible to come in early or leave later by agreement; 2. Smoking is not available on the territory of the apartment (including the balcony and access rooms); 3. We observe the law of silence and do not interfere with the peaceful sleep of neighbors after 22 hours and before 7 a.m.; 4. The apartments are not rented for events, only for living; 5. We we will be happy to settle you with your favorite pet with a one-time surcharge of 750 rubles; 6. Bed linen for the bed is included in the price. If you decide to purchase an additional set for the sofa, then please notify us. Its cost is 380 rubles (With delivery to the apartment 480 rubles).
