The location of Novotel Hotel is great, it's in the Centre of the city. The hotel by itself is 4 star rated and is pretty nice as beautiful as well. I haven't been in rooms, but I was at hall and in the conference room as well. Everything is nice. And it's near US Consulate, so that's why I was visiting english club speakers in Novotel.

There are downsides, but the hotel deserves 5.
The rooms are comfortable and clean (disposable slippers, powerful hair dryer, hygiene supplies, tea/coffee and, most importantly, water in the room). There is no safe in the room, instead a sign that the safe at the front desk staff. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The bed and pillows are comfortable, not hard. With hot water and pressure all good. Breakfast on solid 4 is a choice, there is a variety of options and more. Downstairs at the reception there are 2 zones-a café and a restaurant. Breakfast is served in the restaurant.

Nice hotel. Very central. There is a parking lot. There are hammam and gym. And decent prices. The breakfast was very good. But there is a compliment from the hotel-very nice!

Not a bad hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious. The staff is great and helpful. Especially I would like to note the employee behind the desk, the name unfortunately did not remember, Blonde, the night worked, a wonderful, sympathetic girl. For breakfast I would like to see more fruits and vegetables and maybe fish. The lobby bar is not bad to eat, orders prepared quickly and tasty. Very tasty tea with sea buckthorn and pears, I would like to note. Thanks for the warm reception.

Day one, outstanding place, some English speaking staff, the food is great. The location is fine for my needs… there is much construction underway (without night time noise) but in a larger city repairs are expected. Only down side so far is no iron in room for clothes… they can provide food to the room, a combination digital safe, coffee/tea maker… I like this place lots so far! Jim B from America.

A very decent hotel. "Solid" four. Large, spacious rooms. Clean and beautiful. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Very (! ) pleasant and courteous staff. Go to meet! The room was a single standard. Enough space: 2 bedroom soft bed with not a weighty warm blanket (as at home), two lush pillows. A lot of different lighting, bedside led spot lamps, floor lamp, giving even more similarity to the home atmosphere, kick illumination of the bed headboard! (very romantic) TV, with different inputs for connecting the equipment, a small table-shelf along the wall under it, a couch in a modern style, bedside table-a desk near it, while with a kettle, water, a bag of mm with tea and coffee, 2 mugs and sugar. There is a mini shuttle (empty) and a safe. When you enter the closet, mirror. Toilet and shower separately. Everything is top notch. Bathrobe on request. Iron on the even floors in a separate room. The breakfast is varied for every taste. Hammam and gym are free of charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only minus: it is hot to sleep on pillows, electrified from them hair.

World famous hotel network. Located not far from main touristic part of the city. Micro location is far from good. Very narrow side street, almost no place for car/taxi parking. Windows views restricted with similar high hotels (including under construction) rounding Novotel. 1st flor ATM (Sberbank) has commission even for Sberbank customers. Personnel is quite good but slow. Dinner could be waited for up to 1 hour if order from hotels menu. But a bunch of nice food and drink places located in 5min range from hotel. Hotel bar is good, drink assortment is fine.

While watching the reviews. I'll come, I'll live, I'll see you. Just thrilled! The Staff is trained. The Bed is soft and desirable. Everything works flawlessly. Peace and quiet. The SPA is very handy. Coziness and comfort are everywhere. The Kitchen is gorgeous! Breakfast is plentiful and tasty! The Décor and atmosphere are very hospitable. Loved. Bravo Novotel!

American style hotel, elegant and modern with perfect room service. Is in downtown to 5 minutes from the main buildings of the city. The view is not the best.

Cubby. Love this hotel by its atmosphere. There are hammam, fitness, breakfast all included in the price. Very loyal to the guests, very convenient to stay as a couple and family. There is an underground warm parking with access to the hotel.

Great, best in ekb, the hotel is in the ratio of price-quality. Such hotels sometimes do not meet in Europe: Breakfast on 5 +, location too, service funky, hammam, gym, dinner and individual approach to the team. Definitely recommend, I have been staying here for five years and I do not regret it once.

It's worth it. You have it all. Nice steak in the restaurant. The room was good.

Location Just like the rest of the hotels on this network. The price is rather democratic, the service is fast and polite. The only minus is that the car prepares most coffee in the coffee room. I highly recommend taking other drinks if you want to content with a questionable drink with Gary's bitter taste and smell.
