On July 12, we booked a suite in advance. On July 13, I called to clarify that the number is ours. We arrived on August 6 at 22.00, and the reception said that our room is busy (although check-in from 14.00 – 23.59). It turns out that their rules have changed, that after 18.00 you need to make a prepayment. For some reason, no one decided to call (write) and warn.
