I think this ia the best hotel in Sakhalin. Close to downtown area, ease use of Yandex taxi. Some staff don't speak English well but good enough to get by. Also night club on the basement. Breakfast is not too fancy but decent.

То что происходит за пределами отеля, не может быть на ответственности администрации / охранного агенства которое просто территориально находится рядом, а так же как и за то что у посетителей отеля / клуба в головах. Охранники — не психологи и не криминалисты чтобы определять убийц сходу.
