The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.
Check-in is contactless. To check in, a rental agreement must be signed and a passport presented.
Reporting documents can be provided for business travelers upon request.
The security deposit is refunded after check-out and cleaning.
Smoking is prohibited in the flat, including electronic cigarettes and hookahs.
Accommodation with pets is possible upon prior agreement and for an additional fee.
Only guests aged 21 and older are allowed to check in, in accordance with the rental agreement signed at check-in.
Guests under 21 years old may stay only if a notarized written consent from their parents is provided.
For one-night stays, cleaning is an additional fee. The cost of cleaning depends on the selected flat and the number of guests.
