➜ Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. The rooms though are small but comfortable. Not a very good entrance. But you see him twice a day. So it's not a problem. With pleasure sat on wide window sills. For me, so ideal accommodation for a tourist.
I took a star for the faint water pressure in the shower.
➜ Nice hotel. Very convenient location, close to the metro and Nevsky, clean spacious room, quality plumbing, good view from the balcony (took the suite), pleasant staff. 4 stars only for the mess with breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location. Everything is fine, there are small flaws. 1. Cleaning of the rooms is not very high quality, as the bathroom on the floor had other people's hair. 2. Thin walls, big audibility, but it did not disturb us. 3. Very stuffy in the room, the air conditioner so strongly heats up, that at all does not cool, it is good that there was a fan only to them and were rescued.
