The apartment is located on the territory of the new business class residential complex "Attraction" on the 6th floor with a panoramic balcony, the doors of which open completely, and the Windows overlook a quiet courtyard (closed type):There are no strangers or cars here.
The apartment has a great location. It takes exactly 15 minutes to walk to the metro station, both to the Lesnaya metro station and to the metro station. Vyborgskaya (red branch). And this is 3-4 stations to the m. pl. Vosstaniya (center).
3 .Across the street there is a Clinic of St. Petersburg Pediatric University with a department of the perinatal center, dialysis, surgery with the best specialists in the field of pediatrics, as well as the university itself. The Kirov Military Medical Academy is also 2.5 km away.
4️⃣It is convenient to get to the center by car (only 5-6 km to Nevsky Prospekt). And a quick exit to the embankment, a couple of minutes and you are already on the Petrogradskaya side. There is also a guest parking lot with a barrier right in the LCD itself.
5.Scooters are often rented near the house, which means that you can quickly get to Petrogradka, the Karpovka River embankment, the Botanical Garden, the Samsonievsky Garden and just walk along the banks of the Neva River through the Grenadier Bridge.
6️⃣The apartment has a comfortable bed (160 cm). There is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen and dining utensils, a kettle and a microwave, as well as tea/coffee, pepper/salt.The Internet and TV are also at your disposal.
7️⃣The shower room has a full-fledged shower with a thermostat. A hairdryer and a washing machine are also in the bathroom.

9️⃣Check-in after 14:00, check-out before 12:00. Early/late check-out conditions can be discussed separately.
?There is a possibility of remote check-in, without waiting for an appointment. There is a deposit, but we always return it to the guests after cleaning.
