Reservations are possible until 09:00 PM on the day of check-in: guests should contact the administrator of the apartment from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM for instructions. Remote check-in is available round the clock. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior agreement, at an additional cost.
For guests who stay one night the cleaning fee is extra. For children aged 0 to 2 years, it is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed.
Apartments are not allowed:
- smoking, including electronic cigarettes, hookahs and mixtures;
- break silence from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM;
- hold parties and other mass events.
In case of violation of the rules: a penalty in the amount of the insurance deposit, as well as the amount of administrative fine and damage caused.
