The space of the apartment was created by the designer for a comfortable stay. The luxury of natural materials, every thing where the hostess would put it, creates comfort and peace.
All furniture is made to order, taking into account ergonomics.
The finishing materials and fabrics are selected from Italian collections. When choosing branded equipment, we were guided by its high technical characteristics.
The apartment has a coffee machine, PMM, oven with convection, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, hob, 2 smart TVs, washing machine, hair dryer, etc.
Both bathrooms have shampoo, shower gel, hair balm. As well as cotton swabs and discs, micellar water, disposable toothbrushes, bathrobes, slippers and sets of towels.

The largest ice arena in the world, the SKA Arena, is located within walking distance. Nearby there is a large shopping mall "Raduga" with many shops, restaurants and a cinema. If you want to take a walk in the huge green park - this is also here! Victory Park, beloved by many citizens, is located next to the house.
