My colleagues and I liked the hotel. No one had a claim. We lived in two local rooms. It's all decent, it's clean. There is a pool, delicious food. It's not noisy. The staff are polite.

We all liked it here. Clean, comfortable, comfortable. After work, in the evening went to sit in the bar. We had a good time with our colleagues. It was not embarrassing in front of Canadian friends. The staff are very polite.

Comfortable hotel in the central area, at a walking distance from historical places. Rooms aren't new, but they are clean and kept well.

HOTEL AMBASSADOR is located in the historic center of Saint Petersburg, all major sights and urban destinations can easily explored in a fit walking radius or by metro. The four star hotel offers a concierge service which is remarkable. The pool, sauna, spa area is comfortable, clean and being managed by a separate reception desk. Service is committed but, usually, lacks English knowledge (but trying to do best). Very nice is the Yusupov Garden, a park and a pond which are located only 150 meters across the street. AMBASSADOR champions all kind of extra charges but offers fair value for money.

Location is good. But room is need to improve.

Was in the cinema and in the bar. The cinema is famous for showing new movies with subtitles without dubbing. The bar has an action almostfiday, when on Thursday you can for a fixed amount to eat and drink without restrictions during the evening. And live music!

Location is good. The suite 606 was extremely hot, app. 28c and all they could do is bringing in a portable fan… staff unpolite and trying to charme you extra. Should not jne possible in four star Hotel…

The hotel is located in the center of St. Petersburg next to the metro. Great service, towels changed every day. Breakfasts in the restaurant on the 9th floor overlooking St. Isaac's Cathedral — a buffet, a choice is great. Great pool per dop. The board, the pool has an inclusion button for underwater massage, a small gym. Hats on demand. Orthopedic mattresses. You can ask for additional orthopedic pillows, I recommend it to do immediately, because the basic pillows will not give sleep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable. Decent rooms, good service, but mini bar on the key in the room:) Funny. Nice large and clear room. The bathroom was very good. Dining Room on 9th floor, overlooking St Petersburg.
Good food, can be not very original and more international than Russian, very copious breakfast.

The only downside: the swimming pool paid from 5pm and rather expensive 20 €/person.

Fully complies with its 4*. A nice bonus is the swimming pool, sauna and gym. And views of St. Isaac's Cathedral from the window.

The room really smelled like smoke from cigarettes. Even smelled linen.

All globally is fine, but: the rooms cool, even with the heating in the rooms and no complimentary water in bath room's freezing, and the bath is very slippery — be careful getting into the souls, and the last thing that surprised me is the fact that the hotel has a swimming pool and gym to use them only until 11 am.
