I couldn't say anything about the place itself, I wasn't. The guard has a problem with the attitude. I can conclude that the leadership is the same, people pick up and educate people on their own. I don't want to come in here anymore.

This hotel like 2 star hotel and cheat the people with fake photos. Doesn't have elevator, small restaurant with max 35 rooms. Charge too much with poor services.

It's a lovely hotel. Unobtrusive service. Delicious "kitchen. " Communicable, professional employees.

The hotel is great. In a quiet place, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, cleanliness and comfort!

Great hotel, nice rooms. But on the 5th floor had to wait until the hot water goes 10 minutes. This is especially ulybaet when you see ads about saving natural resources and washing towels, which hotels like to hang out in the bathrooms. December 30th for breakfast was either an omelette or scrambled eggs and a drink. All without a buffet. Birthday for breakfast The waiter takes a chocolate dessert with a candle and a small bottle of wine. Nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. Breakfast we had included in the rate but was quite poor! On arrival we were made a list of theatrical performances and an approximate plan of action on excursions, which was very convenient, thank you! Just after spending the whole day on walks we froze and wanted to warm in the shower but had to wait a long time (about 15min) while the water is salted. In my opinion the price of the hotel provided services and accommodation could be a little less. But in general we were satisfied, left a pleasant impression!

The water's creating a terrible hum. The rooms are any streaks. The towels are old. The water is intermittent. It's a nice smile and a promise to solve the problem, but that's where it ends. The breakfast was very good. You should leave 1000 rubles on bail.

Good hotel though a little old. 15 min drive from the Hermitage Museum. Helpful concierge but the hotel does not have an elevator.

Room, Location, Staff, Food all are absolute 5 star quality! When you are planing on going to this marvellous city. When looking for a hotel search no more. Let me know that you will be there. Il buy you a beer or two! Hope to see you guys there. The hotel itself is built and run in a fashion that conveys the spirit of the city and I must say thats priceless. A great thanks to the Marco Polo Hotel!

Saint petersburg was a beautiful and awesome city with kind, beautiful people. But marco polo hotel was awful except breakfast and kind, professional staff every thing was bad, the hotel had not just a safe elevator and we had to go to our room which was in the last floor, by stairs. The housekeeping service was so bad, when we arrive to the hotel and go our room there was hair strands on the bed and it wasn't cleaned good. Also there was not a tissue paper in every room and this was a big deal for me. Before saint petersburg, I went to Moscow, and I was in Rooms boutique hotel, it was really awesome and great in comparison to marcopolo hotel in saint petersburg, however the prices of these hotels were same! Interesting! Plus these bad features about marcopolo hotel in saint petersburg, they took us 200 rubles for each person when we wanted to leave the hotel, and the reception staff said this is for your safety in Russia and it is mandatory to pay! I didn't know why this was not mandatory in Moscow and no one requested from me for paying this money!
