Very clean, good breakfast, kind staff.

This hotel is located in a nice place, close to many attractions. However, be aware that there is no lift available in the building.

Nice hotel the staff is very helping. The rooms look beautiful and the location is perfect. Major monuments are nearby at walking distance and there are 2 mini marts beside kravt hotel.

Nice place in downtown, but have a flaws for example hot water pressure dwindle sometimes. Also unexpected bills on checkout for so called "damaged" property.

A very good hotel. The location is just perfect. The staff is helpful, smiling and always willing to help. Breakfast is varied, but a little different from my usual preferences. Became a regular customer and now stay in St. Petersburg only in this hotel.

The downside is that there is only television in Russian.

Good breakfast. But at the end of breakfast found a running cockroach on the table. I do not know the norm whether it is for Russia, but the worker simply crushed it in gloves and without words carried away. In general, I don't even know what to think. I will try to have supper and breakfast less often, though there and tasty.

One of the most amazing hotels in St Petersburg with price of Air BNB in the most central location of Nevsky Prospect where you can almost walk to all popular sites. Rooms were small and comfy but had all the needed essentials. Staff was super helpful and also arranged the boat tour to Neva River which was a 10/10. Definitely going to recommend this place to anyone visiting SPB!

I think it could easily compete with the 4 stars hotels. Clean and well maintained. Good service. Still there are small problems — first of all its pretty loud during tge night, even with windows being closed, the bed is extremely hard and the breakfast offers in my opinion to little choice.

Friendly staff, central location. Only drawback is breakfast almost entirely on the salt here c and little for those who come from italy.

Location of hotel is near by main street. Staff is very helpful. Escalator is not available for top floor.

Very cozy hotel, it's quite new. Staff is very proactive and kinda. Had a little misunderstanding with the transfer service, but it went all OK (I recommend using Uber). Bathroom installation is pretty nice but the shower itself is a bit messy. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was well served. There's mineral water at the corridor.

Hotel well located, clean, has serious internet problems, and its staff despite being very friendly does not know or properly orientated to the tourist (as much of the people of St. Petersburg), the breakfast very good, I recommend the Italian restaurant of the front.

Had a wonderful stay at Kravt during my recent visit to St. Petersburg. It was all impeccable starting with the room interiors so tastefully done, the courteous staff and the other amenities. All of this and the great location of the hotal added to make my stay at the city a note memorable one!

The location of the hotel is very good, 5-7 Mtnut to Metro, breakfast is very poor. I'd like to come back here again.

Lack of disposable slippers, offer to buy them for 150r surprised even more! On the beds and towels were found whose the hair very unpleasant! It was cool in the room, but decided the heater connection.

Vacationing with 02.01.16 on 06.01.16. Everyone really enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was cleaned every day. Breakfast is decent. Location chic!
