Very cool hotel! Clean, clean edify every day, there are all bath accessories. And the restaurant. Mmm… Breakfast is excellent and every day is something new! Find it easy, near the station! The staff are responsive, the Wi-Fi is there! In the room were: safe, tea, coffee, sugar, sugar substitute, kettle, price list, phone, bottled water, refrigerator. There is a closet with hangers, a free safe, a mini hallway with napkins for shoes, a spoon. The bathroom has a hairdryer, a large and small mirror, a shower, 4 towels. It's all good! Thank you for a great holiday!

Location is good and room is quite spacious but too pricey for the room condition.

I can assume that the idea of the creators of this hotel was to make a pleasant impression on the guests interior and interesting furnished rooms. Yes, the first impression is this. But it's amazing that when the hotel is located on a noisy street, its creators have saved on air conditioning/climate control and guests have a modest choice in the struggle for comfort: get a little cool from the street along with all the sounds of the Square of rise through an open window, or settle for sweltering air in the room with closed windows. Everything would be fine in this hotel if it weren't for this annoying flaw. And it is no coincidence that the floor fan in the room can't help but ease your misery on a sweltering July night.

It’s really an amazing hotel, one of the best Best Western hotels I’ve seen. It’s located in an old building, but it is renovated, clean and with exceptional service. Location is great, this hotel is in a walking distance from Moscow railway station (in case you come by Sapsan train from Moscow, this hotel located in a 3 min walking distance). Rooms are quite spacious and interior design is nice. There is also air conditioning in case you come during rare hot days in summer. Historical city centre is in 2 km away, and easily reachable by a walk on Nevsky prospect. There are lots of cafes opened till late available in the area and a few supermarkets. Our stay was just perfect and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The service isn't too great. But value for money. The French restaurant downstairs have excellent food.

Reading some of the reviews, I start doubting, that we stayed in the same hotel indeed. My room (category Luxus) wasn't equipped with an air-conditioned and ventilation wasn't working. My room was directed to the road, what is one of the most heavily utilized squares of the town, means: you can't open the window without being blown away by the noise. While checking in the young gentleman at reception grumbled something for himself without even looking to his guest. During the "Economic Petersburg Forum" it was the only available place with a room on short notice, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel during "normal" days.

The location is super. The rooms are spacious but there are also small ones. The rooms are stylish, clean.

The hotel claims to four races, at the prices of all five, and in fact barely reaches two. The air conditioning system does not work. The administration advises to open the windows and doors, but the street is a terrible noise. Breakfast is generally ridiculous, for a hotel positioned four stars. Nice hotel in the center, in a combined bathroom with a bath, the water goes through the floor, the whole floor is wet after that, uncomfortable to assemble the rooms overlook Nevsky Prospekt or the quiet courtyard. There is a lift to access the upper floors. But the exit is not very convenient, the suitcase still have to drag on the big ladder.

It was a big dissappointment to stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy but personnel is the worst I have ever seen anywhere. The receptionusts are nor willing to help you at all. Our pre-wedding night was spoiled the way we could nit expect. As a result on our wedding day we were exasted and tired.

It is 5 mn walk on the railway station. Just next to it. Easily approachable. Rooms are good neat n clean with all toiletries. Buffet breakfast is scrumptious n rich in variety.

Great location. Rooms are big but very old, much below best western standard. Reception and elevator is not on the ground floor. Water hotness is unstable.

The Hotel is very well located. What did not like-in the shower (pictured) There is no curtains, no doors, as a result of water falls on all the space of the bathroom. Clean Room-rubbish from the bucket cleaned, showers and tea sets replenish, but the bed is not refilled (do not know if, but in the hotel Kemerovo daily refilled, as if only checked in)

Hotel pulls on C grade single room 4.2 on 2.8 bed is soft as an inflatable mattress. Breakfast as in a chauffeur-friendly dining room. The coffee Nescafe Classic is overripe. Sausages are the most cheap. Dried bread. Tomatoes in general without taste. And this buffet about 600 rubles of porridge forgot to salt. If you gather to visit such places carefully collect information.

Great location — in front of the Moscowski railway station, and the metro is across the street too. Hotel rooms could be very large if you choose the studio. However the infrastructure may require some update — the windows are not completely sound proof: for light sleepers it may impose a problem considering this hotel is at one of the busiest traffic hubs. The bathrooms may require active ventilation too. Breakfast is cheap but not much choice — for more expensive choice the French style bakery right downstairs may be another option. All together a quite positive travel experience and I will definitely return again!

Uber could not identify the location. I suggested an edit in the adress/ location. Hope it will help. Room was really nice. Bathroom alright but quite small. Great location — right opposite the main railway stations. My room windows opened right into the famous Nevisky Prospekt and had a magnificient view. Hallways decoarated with nice paintings giving it a classy feeling. Only one lift seemed to be there and was really small and old. The restaurant was pretty small. There was a daily breakfast buffet but one of the tiniest I've ever had. For the final day we needed packed breakfast. They provided it pretty fast the previous night itself but wasn't filling. All in all it's great for the price. A shopping mall named Galleria about 2 mins' walking distance away. It has a food court with a pretty food selection of food and the mall has many shops from branded shoes, clothes to and a convenience store. The world renown "sight seeing hop on hop off bus" has a stop just in front of the hotel. There very convenient to hop in for a ride.

Hard to find, only a small flag to denote location. Had to post 200 rubles per person for visa registration AND have to go to another location to pick up. It was also done late. If I'm paying for this service I expect it delivered to me, not have to pick it up at a third location.

Great location for those traveling to/from Moskovsky Railway Station. The rooms are clean and modern although the bathrooms leave a bit to be desired. Look for the 'Best Western' flag hanging from the side of the building across the street when exiting the station.

Lovely hotel near the train station with very weak breakfast-or an hour to wait for a bun, omelette and coffee on the menu or buffet with a very poor choice.
The rooms are large and comfortable, just after the renovation, the plumbing is fresh and functional.

The hotel is in a very good location. All nearby: railway station, Metro, buses, large shopping center.
The rooms are very spacious. The hotel offers a choice of rooms with windows to the courtyard or the street.
Clean rooms every day. But unfortunately only rubbish.
For stays of 4 nights. The bed linen was not changed. And not even recovered.
We stayed in a 407 room. The view from the window is good.
But very good audibility from the other rooms.
And some water problems. We have to wait 10 minutes for the hot water to go.
And for a tourist who went all day and studied the city is not the best option.
The breakfast was very good.
Room service is also very meager. No selection for the order.
I had to settle for cafes and Makdakami in the city.
