Как только я вытащила свой телефон из чехла и попыталась сфотографировать сына спасатель Игорь сказал, что это запрещено. После меня ещё двое посетителей преспокойно делали фото в присутствие сотрудников клуба, но спасатель и слова не сказал. Мы пожаловались и попросили пообщаться с менеджером, но конечно никого из руководств не было. Посетители распивали пиво в джакузи-я указала на это спасателю видя знак, запрещающий еду и напитки рядом с бассейном, но спасатель сказал, что они ничего плохого не делают. Очевидно, что одним посетителям можно всё, а другим за те же деньги ничего. Правила, делающие исключения для отдельных людей не правила! Совершенно не беспокоит репутация. Сотрудники обещали связаться и обговорить компенсацию — но конечно это были просто слова. Позор!

Today in club sandwich was found wire with markings from bread which almost ate. We were apologized, removed from the account and made a 15% discount. But it still doesn't mitigated our impression of this incident. Plus today did not work wardrobe.
