2015 visited this place. Like everything. Recommend!

We had a power cut while being in the pool on December 26, 2019. No one came to tell us what was going on, no emergency plan was in place to ensure visitors were safe and could leave the spa-centre. The spa-centre administrator was rude and refused to compensate for the failed service to the families who spent an hour in the dark, trying to get access to their belongings and leaving wet and cold. Spa-centre management totally failed to ensure customers safety and satisfaction and demonstrated low level of customer care and professionalism overall.

Perfectly, rest perfectly!

I recommend as, my inner makeover is fully complemented!

It's a good evening. I have no idea who wrote all those reviews that speak about the enchanting stay in the incredible hotel 5' resort hotel.
What we faced during our stay was shocking.
Restaurant : lazy waiter, unreasonably high prices, really fresh food. Serving and serving — yes, Beautiful, but with the same success you can nibble paper with the image of a pie. I asked to prepare a puree for 10 months of the child (zucchini and turkey) billputed for 600 rubles, but that's fine. I've talked in detail about how to cook. Only a steamer, no salt and spices, a child allergic, a nanny duplicated my words and that in the end. We cooked zucchini and turkey on chicken broth from the heart seasoned with pepper and salt. I can't comment further
Service : sorry to give even 2 stars. Lazy, gloomy and extremely untidy. Asked to bring spoons to the room, to which they replied that if there is such a need, you can safely do yourself walking to the restaurant. I put the plates out the door, they were lying at the door all day and night.
Pool : hell. Hair in the pool is really like tina in a swamp, toilets are dirty, all the same hair and rubbish, the staff reacted to the remark as follows, said that nothing can be done if the guests behave like this
Number: rats run around the ceiling at night. And it's not a joke. That's a fact.
Conclusion: 15.000 rubles per day is an incredibly unreasonable price.

On Wednesdays, classes are held in the pool with small children. In the restaurant, a beautiful meal. And all that ordered, delicious, at a high level!

Позвонила в отель, попросила соединить с их номером (так как мобильные не отвечали). Администратор в довольно жесткой форме ответила, что ничем помочь не может. Обидно. Не хотелось бы иметь дело с подобным отношением персонала в экстремальной ситуации. Могла бы хотя бы предложить дать им знать, что дочь беспокоится. Вряд ли поедем ещё.
