The hotel is clearly needed renovation/renovation (dirty carpeting, walls shabby). The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very clean. At the exit from the hotel you immediately get on the road. Stony Island hotel is convenient to the Metro Blue Line. It is old, and it needs updating. But it is clean and was within my budget. You get a breakfast card for each night that you stay, so that helps with expenses. The front staff is very friendly and usually there is one person that can speak some English. Not many people in Russia of any age can speak English.

Hotel on grade, carpet shabby, somewhere cracked furniture. No Wi-Fi in the floor. The breakfast was very good and the food was good. If the windows of the room overlook the avenue, then get ready for what will be very noisy. And if in the daytime it does not deliver significant problems, it is very disturbing to sleep at night. As a plus highlight good location, near there are many cafes and cafeterias, where you can eat much tastier and cheaper than the hotel restaurant. Maids are clever, always quickly and efficiently clean.
