We've been there for the FIFA WC 2018, it's right next to the Zenit Arena so that's a positive point. The rooms are clean, but the hotel in General seems quite old. It's enough if you plan to stay there for sleeping, but there's a lot of sports people there so you can't do a lot of partying. Overall 3/5 because some of the staff is unfriendly.

My room was on the quadruple cokolnom floor, 3 rooms:living room with table, flat screen TV, two sofas, and two rooms for two people, each room had a Desk, a toilet and a huge wardrobe. Suggest that you will not let you down.
