The hotels facilities are impressive for a town like Pskov. It is indeed a well situated complex with a well maintained SPA and gorgeous rooms. The restaurant and its' staff, however, we're less than satisfactory. Our drinks took 45 minutes to reach our table, and we waited about an hour for our plates. When we asked about the waiting times, we were quickly argued with, dismissed and told that there was no Management in house. The excuse given was a large influx of customers that evening; this was visibly untrue. We also suspect the restaurant had something to do with my mother's food poisoning later that evening. Nice hotel, but the restaurant and it's staff most certainly need development.

The room has everything: tea, tea, solution. Coffee, water, mini-bar, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, balm, gel d/soul, body lotion, d/soul hats, tooth. Brushes with pasta, razor loom and gel d/shaving, brush d/shoes, TV, closet, shoulders d/clothes.
The room is small but comfortable and light, a large window.
Through Buckingham, a standard room for two with one two-bedroom beds cost 4, 500 rubles.
Breakfast is gorgeous, all you want and soup and porridge, and meat and fish, and cottage cheese and cereal, and fruits and vegetables, pastries, juice, tea, coffee.
There is a spa, but there were not, it was not necessary.
But if we were longer, we would definitely go, and the spa and people also praised.

We were in a part relating to food. Loved! Food for every taste and purse. There is a part of the restaurant and cake shop. I liked the Pies. Especially with chanterelles. The food in the restaurant also meets expectations and prices. I advise all travelers. And judging by the number of cars and people emerging with big packages, here come and themselves Pskov for pies.

The best, in my opinion, a place for night in Pleskove. The old architecture, the city center, the REFECTORY rooms with live music-GUSLAMI, CHIC CUISINE, in general, the impressions are guaranteed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommend.

A wonderful place that I recommend to visit all during a visit to Pskov. I would like to express my gratitude to the man who made it appear. The complex is recreated in accordance with the historical appearance. Lovely and attentive staff, especially note in the Trapezdnyh and Pie chambers, all shown and told. That's just in the wine girl so was passionate about the phone, that did not want to notice us, so we did not buy anything and flies there five minutes, we decided to go out.

Cozy hotel, situated in ancient merchant chambers. At prices at the level. There is an amazing spa with a sauna. And for the guests an hour a day for free! Several restaurants on the territory in the merchant style. There is a conference hall, which services on work use. I stayed here for a long time. Number 1 for me in Pskov!

Refectory Chambers. Recommend! Entourage, historical building, presentation, decoration of dishes, everything is very tasty, starting from warm bread with cheese. Prices above average.

If you suddenly find yourself in Pskov, definitely recommend to eat here. And let you not be frightened by prices, they are quite at the level of St. Petersburg or Moscow, but the quality is definitely worth it. Would recommend a great kvass and a seasonal menu with chanterelles, our dinner was just excellent. Not crowded and very cozy, pleased with the unusual and very interestingly executed menu. The waiters emphasized polite and courteous, very nice to eat in a similar setting.

Elegant hotel complex. The best in the city. Located in the walls of the old chambers. Chic Spa. Several cafes and restaurants from budget to upmarket. Beer and wine chamber. Luxury, as they say.

For two years, at various times, go on mission in the wonderful city of Pskov, and forgive me the glorious Castle, not the slightest interest to look for something better.
The hotel keeps a high level of service and absolute cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast replaces dinner and SPA will return to life after a long day of work.
