Cheap hotels in Perm

Everything inside the hotel. Unless the room is too big.
NO MORE THAN 2 STARS—and that's a stretch.

The hotel is located practically in the city center. The embankment is a 15-minute walk away. All the sights are also within walking distance.

Thanks to the staff for the wonderful welcome!
Clean and tidy. Everything you need is there. We had a great time.
We didn't immediately find the entrance, but we called and everything was sorted out.

Svetlana, Volsk.
I liked absolutely everything. Comfort, silence, well-thought-out interior of the room, clean bathrooms and showers. The staff is friendly. I stayed in August 2025 in a single room.

We liked the hotel's location, and the receptionists were very polite and welcoming.

Conveniently located, in the city center, with all the sights around.
The room is clean and odor-free.
1) The room was very cold, the radiator barely warmed up, so I had to sleep in my clothes.

Charming place. Wonderful and sincere staff. Silence, nature, birds, flowers. If possible, I will definitely come back here.

I stayed for a day, the hotel and room were warm, clean and comfortable. Spotlessly clean bed linen and towels. Very polite, friendly administrators.

The rooms are gorgeous! My room even had a ceramic heater. The food is great! The menu is small, but with a small selection the quality of the food is excellent! The portions are large and delicious!

Nice room, has everything you need, furniture and design are pleasing, pillows and bed linen are snow-white, very nice and fresh in the room. Clean, quiet.

We always stop here when we go by car to Perm from Samara or back, it’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The rooms are clean, the food is hot. They allow pets which is very convenient.

We lived in room 109, a nice comfortable room, all the amenities are there, it’s good that they turned to you while we’re visiting you in the city.

The administrator let me down very badly. On 13.02 they called by phone and booked a room for 14.02.

Excellent hotel, delicious breakfast, you can choose from 3 options and will be prepared at the time you choose, the rooms are clean, everything is new, there is a 24-hour hypermarket nearby.

Parking in the courtyard of a residential building. We parked there during the day and it was free, but getting out in the morning was a challenge. Our driver's skill saved the day.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. I enjoyed strolling along the esplanade, reaching the rotunda on the Kama River, and then Starokirpichny Lane.
Check-in.

Although I couldn't speak Russian and they didn't speak English, the staff was very welcoming and professional. The hostel is small and cozy, and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen.

Excellent hostel, clean, cleaned every day, comfortable bed, you are in a box, no one sees you, excellent recreation area. Good administrators, was there for 3 days, really liked it🥰

Great location, great value for money. And the room was clean and quiet 👌
I loved everything; expectations and reality matched.

It's cozy, clean, and reasonably priced. It's quite close to the center. It's a great option for one or two nights.
You can hear the noise. But I was lucky there weren't any neighbors.
