It is located close to both the train station and the Kremlin Park. There is a magnet, a Pyaterochka, and coffee shops nearby. The rooms are clean, there was a wardrobe in my room for things.

I rate it as excellent based on the cost and location.
Clean. Bed linen, towels are fresh (not washed out). The showers are dry, several types of shampoos and gels. The toilets are also clean.

Very tight 4-d. Everything is drawn out by the medical staff and the procedures and reception with lovely and responsive girls. The rooms are very small, the furniture is old and shabby.

I rested in the Polist sanatorium for 10 days. Everything is wonderful, at the highest level. Special thanks to the workers of the medical unit. The staff is polite, competent, friendly.

The hotel is 10-15 minutes from the Kremlin, but this is not critical. There is parking for cars, the room is quite decent, the ceiling is a little scary, but it's not for everyone.
