This was my first stay in Moscow, and I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. This hotel is very large, staff is helpful, and good service. The clean rooms were great to come back to everyday. I didn’t try the breakfast, because it didn’t look good. The location is kinda far from everything, but the metro is very close. I’d recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.

So incompetent the front desk staff is just a cap. Remember how in Soviet times settled on the recreation centers, so this hotel carefully preserves the traditions of stupidity, not professionalism, and as a result boorish attitude. Due to an error, the consulate settled two Frenchmen for 70 years, but the visa was overdue and waited for Monday. Yes OVIR program, yes the law of the Russian Federation that a foreigner should sleep on the street if he has an expired visa, BUT the staff at the reception settled all normally, but at 23-30 the guard of this ball decided that it is impossible and in 23-30! kicked the elderly out on the street! For 70 years, foreigners do not speak Russian, but it is probably difficult to realize this by the brain of the soviet Union. It is hoped that the owners' representatives will read this and take action against their stupid employees. And this is not the first conflict with incompetent hotel staff. Let's not settle down any more, I won't stop myself. They'll get stupid nationalities at the front desk, and the boss is apparently very busy with his ego. That's disgusting!

Don't stay here. Old rooms. It's all shabby. Lingerie with holes. The service is unprofessional. For such money you can find a more worthy accommodation. The dying hotel is a speedy bend! More pathos than real service. Fix or close this hotel. Moscow should only have the best in this class.

Room at basic rate is small, but this is what I've paid for :). Basic rooms are facing the street. In consequence the noise from the street is significant, even on the 6 floor. Breakfast good. Wi-Fi works. Staff polite. Location great, good selection of restaurants at walking distance, and metro is 300 meters away. I'll probably stay again, but in a bigger room.

Hotel — Historic and recently renovated. The name comes from a special relationship that the Soviet Union had with China, with both gifting each other a similar looking hotel in their respective countries. It also contains the first Chinese Restaurant in Moscow. The rooms are spacious with mini bars and Wi-Fi, the service is courteous and helpful. The restaurant and breakfast are decent but not a strong point. The location is excellent, with a multitude of restaurants, cafes, subway station and even a Concert Hall within walking distance. It is reasonably priced + good value for Moscow.

Nice hotel, big rooms with high ceilings. Clean clean. Bathroom norms. The location of the hotel is great. But they didn't have a double bed for me and my wife. And the shifted one-sticks were covered with a mattress. And they were all the time. The door of the ongo of the lockers was broken. But I'm giving them five stars.

It's a nice hotel. Stayed in it many times. Great location in the city centre. It's a beautiful building. Rooms in good Soviet style, high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, red carpets, powerful cabinets. Impressive atmosphere. Not a bad restaurant. It's an interesting bar. It's a great spa. The security of the hotel is too visible and ostentatious. Overall, the hotel experience is positive.

I don't like it. There's no basic package coffee, kettle. Just 0;5 water. You can hear everything around you. The reception remained silent when I asked for breakfast. It's all good in cleanliness.
