  A deposit of 5,000 ₽ per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.

  The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

  Contactless check-in is available; information will be sent by the administrator on the day of arrival. The administrator will answer questions and send check-in information until 10:00 PM. Same-day check-in is possible with a reservation made before 9:00 PM.

  Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be agreed upon. For same-day reservations, the check-in time may be changed to a later time depending on the apartment's readiness.

  A refundable deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned on the day of check-out after cleaning.

  For one-night reservations, a cleaning fee of ₽ 1500 is charged separately.

  The contract is signed through a remote document signing service. Passport information is required.

  Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (including vapes, hookahs, and e-cigarettes).

  Noisy events and parties are prohibited.
