  Remote check-in is provided. Guests are required to contact the property in advance using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation. The check-in instructions are sent to the guest's phone via the booking bot in the Telegram messenger within 30 minutes after payment of the deposit.

  The deposit is paid with a card of banks operating in the territory of the Russian Federation before check-in, returned within 48 hours after payment for all services and cleaning of the apartment, subject to compliance with the rules of accommodation according to the details from which the payment was made. In rare cases, the deposit can be refunded up to 12 business days. Guests must carefully read the instructions for check-in and making additional payments. For violation of payment of the deposit, the landlord may impose a fine in the amount of RUB 1000.00 and refuse to check in.

  When booking, guests agree to the rules indicated in the tariffs, and thus conclude a lease agreement with the facility in accordance with Chapter 34 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and agree that the facility does not provide services in accordance with 132 FZ of the Russian Federation and Government Decree No. 1860.
