Sova

This is not the first time we have stayed at Sova, we really like it. I recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Very good hotel, clean and comfortable. The service is excellent, the girls are smart, very attentive and courteous. Accessible location. We got there easily.

On Leninsky Prospekt, in the Troparevo area, I found the budget hotel Owl. For its level, a good price-quality option. The room is standard, as in the photo, no frills, but original design. Very clean. The room was quiet, you couldn’t hear anyone, you managed to get a good night’s sleep.

I have regularly used the services of the Sova Hotel on Leninsky for more than a year. There used to be an excellent hourly hotel for an appropriate getaway with the girls. We came and left satisfied so many times. The themed rooms feature mirrors opposite the beds, and the beds themselves are accessible from all sides and arranged in such a way that you can make your wildest dreams come true. I can’t understand when it turned into a family business trip, and even with children!
The attitude towards hourly guests changed sharply from good to semi-boorish. Although we always met halfway, we did not focus on the frequent lack of slippers (we only had one pair per room for 2 guests) and the insistent request to pay in cash or by transfer to an individual — nothing, everyone understood, and the rooms were always left in good condition. So it’s all the more incomprehensible to see such boorish communication from the administrator.
I would like to contact the hotel management:
“If your management directive has changed, and you have now become a children’s and family hotel from an hourly hotel and you don’t need other clients, then write like that and remove irrelevant services. Don’t mislead people! ”

We were greeted hospitably, just super! The rooms are small, but peace and quiet, I will come again!

We rented a family room for three in this hotel. The bed linen and towels were perfectly clean, the room was also clean. I really liked the work of the administrator. A very pleasant, positive and responsive woman. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel to spend a couple of nights. The room is warm and cozy. The service is good, the girls at the reception are nice. Soundproofing is more or less 😅 and they cleaned every day.

In principle, I liked everything about the hotel: very polite staff, designer renovation with vintage lamps, modern furniture, new plumbing in the bathroom. Special thanks to the employee at the reception, a responsive girl.
Clean cozy room.
The hotel staff helped with every request. I checked in with a sick child, asked for boiled water several times.
No kettle in the room.
