The shower door was faulty. You all need to fix it.
Also I asked the host for a heater cause it was really cold at night and the central heating wasn’t working good either. But she said she couldn’t provide any. That was unreasonable.

Very nice hotel with a good location and great service.

Salut Hotel is a fantastic choice for travelers, offering clean and comfortable accommodations just 15 minutes from the metro (Yugo-Zapadyana) and a 20-minute walk from RUDN University. The hotel's location is not the center of Moscow and.
Its proximity to the university makes it especially convenient for students and visitors. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay! The hotel has all the amenities but not included with the room.

Good rooms. But mediocre stuff and service. Water is dirty. Overpriced. The building is refurbishing so it is noisy till late night! Do not recommend!

It's little far away from the center but We looking for a hotel around Leninsky prospekt so location was good for us. The room was clean, the hotel staff can speak English and they are kind.

Far from metro station around 15-20 mintues walk, shuttle bus not available before 11am, bad smell in the room, heating system was not working properly, complementary drinking water was available in first day only and if you need for other days they charged alot even more expensive than a combo kfc meal, breakfast was soso, totally looks like 2star hostel.

The beds are very comfortable to sleep on.
The rooms are well insulated, there are no noises. Its very good place for sleaping.

— The hotel charges for luggage if it is longer than 3 hours. I kept my luggage at the hotel for 3 and a half hours and they charged me the full price. This is unacceptable for normal hotels, especially since I stayed 7 nights there.
— The restaurant where breakfast is served is overcrowded by people. Several times I stood for a while with a plate in my hand to find a table where I would have breakfast. The restaurant hall is much smaller than the capacity of the hotel. Food quality is not bad, however, the same food is served every day for the breakfast.

We stayed here for two nights in July 2019. The lobby is appealing and well appointed. The people behind the desk ignore you at first and pretend to be busy so you have to get their attention. They are friendly and speak English as well as Russian.
Our suites were spacious and very clean. They had three rooms; the main room, the bedroom and the bath room. The main room has ample seating with a desk and closets for luggage and coats. Also provided is a pot with tea and coffee choices and a desk for working. The bedroom has the air conditioner, a TV and a queen bed with a somewhat stiff mattress. The bathroom had a nice tub/shower with plenty of space to clean up.
We ate at the bar/restaurant on the main floor and enjoyed their food and desert. We also went to Salut restaurant for the breakfast. It was a decent offering of hot and cold foods. We found it very busy at 8:00 and the wait/bus staff barely kept up with the crowd. They didn't wipe off the tables or placemats rather just removed the previous people's stuff; it was not as clean as one would prefer. There are other restaurants in the "dungeon" for adventurous types seeking Uzbek or Asian cuisine. We dropped in to look at the menu and decided to eat upstairs.
The hotel seems to be marginally supplied with elevators. Our visit saw the hotel rather full and during peak activity periods the elevators were overwhelmed. Some cultures accept pushing and overloading as normal behavior, but I found it to be rude.

Very Good Hotel, well located in South-West part of Moscow, just 10-15 minutes by the car from Vnukovo airport. 24 hours open Good Restaurant with wide choice of different food and beverages. The room was very clean. I did spent a time in this Hotel with a Great Pleasure during my business trip to Moscow. My positive trcommendations to all types of Travellers.

We stayed at the Salut for a week and I must admit, the staff are really friendly! I understand that it’s difficult for tourists to communicate with the locals, language being the barrier, but the staff here were great! One thing I did not like about the hotel was the fact that they over charge for water and we need to pay 170 Rubbles for just 330ml of water! Normally, every hotel gives two bottles of water everyday for guests but they just give two bottles in the day of check in which I found to be a little strange. The breakfast spread is the same everyday so if you’re staying there for a long time, be prepared to eat the same thing throughout! Used Google Translator to communicate throughout the stay in Russia.
