I have stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and the room was cleaned only once which is very strange. Also, water was not provided except for the first night and on the 7th night.
The hotel didn’t state that the gym and swimming pool can be used with additional cost (very costly for 3 hours)
Same breakfast is provided everyday.

Beautifully located in the southwest of moscow. Clean comfortable rooms. Receptionists are 😎 cool. Shower area in the bathrooms too tiny. I could barely fit in 😔.

You need to either provide good facilities for your guests or you just don’t rent any apartments at all if you don’t have the capacity to. Cause guess what? We literally pay for the apartment. It’s not free. So some decency at least to treat us like we pay?
Cause how can you keep broken tables and chairs in the apartments? I literally fell on the floor when I sat on the chair cause they all had broken legs.!
Next is your bed! Why do I feel the wood underneath the mattress? Get a proper mattress and fix the bed frame!
As for The Pot issue, I already told you. It’s disgusting to use only one pot to cook: to make it worse; the pot is of low quality, and burns quickly. I wasn’t even able to use it to cook at all cause it started to burn. And it began to smell like the apartments on fire.
Lack of spoons, both for eating and for cooking.
Lack of towels for the feet in the bathroom.
No hand towels also in the kitchen. What? I’m supposed to use my tongue to dry my hands and feet?
If you have so many problems with an apartment then why rent it out? For a huge amount of money to make it worse: you guys are a bunch of thieves. And you all need to be apprehended.
