  A deposit of 5,000 ₽ per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.

  The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

  Check-in is available 24 hours a day, but please contact the property before 10:00 PM for check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

  Living conditions:

  Maximum of 2 adults.

  Children under 5 years old stay free of charge, without a separate seat.

  Accommodation is only possible for the guests indicated in the booking.

  The minimum rental period is 2 days. On public holidays — from 3 days.

  Accommodation for 1 day is possible if there is a free window in the calendar.

  Early check—in and late check-out are subject to agreement.

  Pets are not allowed.

  A refundable security deposit is required.

  Noisy parties and smoking are prohibited.

  In case of cancellation, the prepayment will not be refunded. Postponement is possible no later than 7 days before arrival.

  For bookings of one night, a cleaning fee of ₽ 700 applies.
