Distance from the metro.

I came to Moscow for work and decided to check into this hotel.
Everything is very good, I liked everything.
Kind staff, I recommend it to everyone.

I had a chance to stay at Sevastopol Modern with my family. In principle, a three-star hotel justifies itself.

Overall a good hotel: polite staff, clean everywhere, varied and tasty breakfast, close to the metro. Perhaps next time I will choose this hotel again!
Audibility is very good.

We stayed here on a trip. The hotel is good. The room is clean, the bed is fresh, the sleep is comfortable, and there's no noise pollution, as is often the case. No one bothered us at night.

Location, near the metro, convenient parking. Large number of rooms, almost always available.
I stopped many times because of the convenient location, for breakfast.

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance, and I'll never go back! The receptionists are polite and always willing to accommodate you. We checked in quickly, and everything was perfect.

We stayed at the Marco Hotel for work. The room is small, but very clean and well-appointed. Fast Wi-Fi, a kettle, and outlets in all the right places were a plus. It was quiet and quiet.

Please send me the documents for the accounting department; this is important.
Thank you for your concern!
The hotel is quite reasonable for its price and quality.

The metro is right outside the hotel. Comfortable!
Tasty, but not very varied.
The bed is large and comfortable, bed linen was changed every day.

Nice, cozy mini hotel. Polite administrators. Thank you for the friendly meeting.

I liked the hotel: location, friendly administrators, clean rooms for every taste, some with or without a window, with a shower in the room, small and very spacious with a sofa and a large closet.

We came with a group of children to a competition and stayed here. Very cozy hotel. Polite, responsive staff.

Very happy that we chose this place. The metro is a 5-minute walk away, the service is excellent, the bed linen and overall the rooms are clean.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite. Everything is convenient and comfortable. The mattress is comfortable, the bed is comfortable. Black out curtains, shower + bath, good size and quality furniture.

Excellent hotel! The price was great, it was more or less clean, there was a water cooler on the floor, it was quiet, and the view of the forest made for a great night's sleep after long walks.

Great location, close to the metro. Spacious room with comfortable beds.
No microwave or electric kettle.

Comfortable bed, good soundproofing, excellent food.
Very, very strong water pressure in the bathroom. The shower curtain blew off when we accidentally turned the shower head upside down.

Old-style hotel. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is combined. The hotel location is convenient. The price/quality corresponds.

The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and polite. It was a clean, decent hotel for the price.

I loved everything! It's a great hotel; I've been staying there for several years now. The rooms are comfortable! I highly recommend it!

It could have been better if the horse sausage forgotten in the room had not been disposed of before they called about it when they remembered it.

Near the park, green.
The room is small, the balcony is very nice. There's a cooler in the hallway.
There is someone downstairs 24 hours a day.
In general, Soviet style, but that’s even good.

1. Bus stop right next to the house, you can get to the metro very quickly.
2. Quite clean, cozy.
3. There is air conditioning.
4. Price/quality.
5. Thick walls.

Room was big and good value for money. Staff were kind.
The bed was tilted cause it’s missing one foot. The traffic noise is also quite substantial so have earplugs ready.

A small, cozy hotel. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. The room is clean. The receptionist is polite. There's even a small bar with drinks.

We stayed at the SOVA Hotel in Konkovo, on Ak. Volgina Street. The room was magnificent, with a large bed and a jacuzzi, and had the wonderful name "Pearl. " The design was superb!

We were pleased with everything, starting with our own parking lot. A big plus within the Third Transport Ring.

I booked a room for 3 nights, I am very satisfied with the room and the staff. Warm, comfortable. I came from Ukraine, Ternopil region. The girls at the reception desk are just great.
