Everything was great, the room was clean, the staff was polite. I liked everything.

Clean! Clean! Clean! Sparkling towels, robes, and bed linens! New mattresses, a bit soft for us, but that's a matter of taste. My wife and I have stayed here many times, and it's very clean, which is the most important thing for us. The staff is polite. We are happy.
The renovations are a bit outdated, but I can overlook everything for the cleanliness. After all, the price will be different after the renovations. For the price, this hotel is TOP!

24-hour reception, air-conditioned room with a bathroom, a full-size double bed, and a shared kitchen with a kettle, tea bags, and instant coffee. Toiletries are in bottles, not tea bags, and dental kits are available.
There is no on-site parking, despite the advertised availability. This is a standard residential building in a residential area, and right next to the metro, so parking is naturally scarce.

Nice place, clean, comfortable with a private bathroom in each room.
Cons: thin walls. At night you could hear new tenants moving in. Had to sleep with headphones.

Noise insulation is bad. The neighbor's alarm clock was buzzing for about an hour.

Spacious, clean, bright, warm room. The hotel is close to the metro, there are shops for every taste and color around. There is a shared kitchen, which can be used from 7.30 to 23.00. Microwave, kettle, refrigerator — always clean and cozy. We arrived right on New Year's Eve, checked in without problems. Thanks to the administrators.

Clean, comfortable bed, perfect for one or two nights. Close to the metro and all the shops within walking distance, even the shopping center.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the metro. Ideal for a holiday with a child. There are many cafes for different budgets, shops nearby. The room is clean, spacious. We were on holiday with a child and grandmother, we were pleased with three separate beds, such rooms are not often available, it was as comfortable as possible. The beds are comfortable, soft. There were no problems with hot water and pressure. I will definitely recommend it to friends and will come again!

This is the second time I have stayed in this small, homely, warm hotel. And I am pleased to note that I always had a pleasant and calm rest after a busy day in a cozy and clean room. … And the atmosphere of hospitality deserves special gratitude. Good hotel, everything is clean, daily cleaning. There is no strange smell in the rooms. Clean linen, disposable toothbrushes, slippers, everything is super, there is a room where you can eat, make tea and coffee, there is also a refrigerator, you can leave your food for storage. The location is good, the metro is within walking distance, there are many grocery stores, pharmacies, a bakery, and a pop-up nearby. There is no private parking, we had to wait for a place in the yard 🥲 good audibility, the partitions are like cardboard. We heard the alarm clock in the next room ringing in the morning 😄

Mosquitoes attacked all night, the windows were closed, it seemed as if they were crawling out of the ventilation. The fumigator issued by the administrator did not help at all.

As always, everything is excellent, no complaints. Quiet, calm. Fresh linen, bathrobes. The girls at the reception are always friendly. There are a lot of shops nearby.
