Disgusting place, the only positive quality is the location. There is nothing more good to say. No interior, Grandma's furniture, tattered chairs and table. For three days no one cleaned the room. There is no hygiene package, no one changed the towels, we asked for a broom to sweep the room, no one gave it. The drain in the shower stall is clogged and the toilet is wobbly. The administrator allowed herself to flirt with my husband. We booked for 3 days, she told us to leave in 2 and a half, we had to pay another 3 thousand, we couldn’t go out in this weather. The most unpleasant impressions remained. An apartment for a day turned out to be not much more expensive, but it was much more comfortable.

The room is dirty, the floors are not washed, it smells of urine. Money is not refunded for a purchased room, even for the following days.

Disgusting. I don't recommend it.
The administrator Olga, “her own boss” (as she introduced herself), began to be rude on the phone, then the rudeness continued in the hallway of the hotel. YU.
As a result, she refused to move in AT ALL.
Through the aggregator I canceled and returned the money.

Very cozy hotel, cleanliness in all rooms. Administrator Olga is simply super. A very friendly girl, she greeted us, told us everything, and explained very clearly over the phone how to find the hotel.

This is not a hotel, but a shack. With a boorish woman, either a hostess or an administrator, she should be completely isolated from society; she communicates in a raised voice. I came from a long way, I arrived there today in the cold, there were no identifying signs of the hut, I’m trying to find it, this dog is still yelling at me, he says he’s tired of explaining, he says that I’m pissing her off and she doesn’t want to move me in, in the end I found this wretched place The place, of course, greeted me with a present; looking around, I realized that I didn’t even live there for free. This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen! I had to look for a hotel again this time! It's sad that people like this even work in the service industry.

The owner was incredibly pleasant, she could help with everything, and, as a bonus, she treated us to tea. The room was economy, without a window, but in principle everything was fine, the shower in the room was also working, cold/hot water was available. Insanely convenient location, within minutes of the metro. I was very pleased!

When checking in with a reservation, it turned out that the room was occupied. They offered another one, much worse than the one booked (no window). Only after a complaint to the booking place "ostrovok. Ru", the next day we were moved to a room corresponding to the reservation.

This is not a hotel, this is something terrible. There are a lot of shoes at the entrance, and the apartment itself has a musty smell. I was met by a drunk woman… There was no one at the reception, I immediately took out my phone in the corridor and that’s all the registration. No checks or documents are issued. It's strange that they don't write about this on the hotel card.

The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean and there are towels. And each room has air conditioning and a shower.
The room was clean. There was no dust or other foreign elements from previous visitors to the room.
The administrator Olga met us, showed us the room, told us how to use the air conditioning, told us about Moscow and gave us a three card to use the metro, which significantly reduced the cost of metro travel, for which I am grateful to Olga, in this regard she is a wonderful and helpful hotel employee.

A tiny room with a shower stall crammed into it. It is uncomfortable to live next to such humidity and the smell of dampness. And it’s so cramped, where else is there a shower? But the toilet was shared, on the floor. It's also inconvenient. And it was a bit dirty there and it smelled. Old dirty carpet on the floor, full of holes. You take out the trash yourself, there is no cleaning, as far as I understand. The hotel is located on the 8th floor of the building, you can’t just get there from the street, you need to disturb the administrator (what if you come back at night? ), which is inconvenient. The price, it seems to me, does not correspond to the quality. Not very good for a long stay, only if you spend the night from the nearby station before the train. But even for this it is a little expensive. You have to ask for a hairdryer; there isn't one in the room. Noise from trains and Leningradka, if this is important to someone.

T. N. The Shamanka hotel, which one would hesitate to call a hotel, let alone a hotel, provides rooms of poor quality. The "interior" is shabby. The staff is impolite and often distorts facts in order to get rid of all questions and problems with the guests. The rooms have a shower next to the bed, so cockroaches run around. A “double” bed is more like a single bed. Room 9 sq. M. For two with a hole in the ceiling, which the staff proudly calls a “window”. Wifi is weak and intermittent.
To a complaint about cockroaches, the “owner” simply replied “that can’t be. ”
Before making a choice, look at real photos of this guesthouse. The only plus is the accommodation is within walking distance from the Belorussky railway station.
Perhaps there are rooms there that evoke positive reviews, but the ones we saw are simply beyond the pale.
