We stayed for 2 weeks and did not experience any inconvenience. Fast contactless check-in, all consumables necessary for the first time are provided (drinking water, coffee, detergent, etc. ). The room was quiet, the neighbors could not be heard, additional sound insulation was noticeable. Special thanks for cleaning the room. Not just for the fact that it exists (which is undoubtedly a huge plus), but also for the high quality of work.

We came to celebrate the New Year from Belarus. We lived for several days. Expectation and reality coincided completely. I would especially like to note the quality of interaction with the administrator: he answered all questions clearly and quickly. Separately, I would like to note that the possibility of storing luggage after check-out for some time was provided.

I really liked the apartments. Fast and convenient booking, support is always in touch, they respond quickly. Remote check-in with detailed instructions. The room is very comfortable, everything is thought out. And very clean! There is everything you need for your stay.

Individual hygiene kits, many individual towels, bathrobes, and I also liked that there was bottled drinking water and coffee capsules.

Pay attention to the seams between the frame and the window sill; the joints are not sealed with sealant; the wind blows from there (this is no longer a minus, but an observation)

Wonderful apartments, clean, comfortable, everything you need is nearby) I would like to especially mention the service! He is simply at the highest level, everything is for the people. You can safely move in and not worry about anything!

The location is convenient, everything is nearby: shops, cafes, metro, a pharmacy in the same building, 5 minutes from the Vodny shopping center, there are grocery stores there. 5-10 minutes to the metro.
The apartments are small but quite comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need — an electric panel with two burners, a kettle, a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a refrigerator, dishes, even a hand towel.
Upon check-in, you were provided with slippers, towels for two (3 pieces each), bathrobes, and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Also a bottle of water, a couple of coffee capsules, chocolates. A lot of thoughtful things to make it comfortable.
I really liked the self-check-in scheme, I arrived late at night, there was no need for any registration, and according to the instructions I was able to immediately get into the apartment.
Small disadvantages:
— The day before check-in, no one sent any instructions or called how to check-in. I had to call myself to clarify. But after the call they sent everything.
— In the bathroom, the sink seemed a little high; at height 170, I had to stand on my toes.
— The room lacks a closet with shelves for things (there is a closet with hangers)
Otherwise everything is great!

Close to my place of work, office, from the metro you will have to walk, but personally it suited me perfectly.
Very comfortable bed, slept on one for the first time, clean linen, comfortable pillows, high-quality repairs, large TV with easy navigation, works without delays, good Wi-Fi, view from the windows of a house under construction — which is very convenient, you can open the curtains completely, there is a coffee machine and coffee in capsules 3 pieces (checked in for 4 days) chocolate a lot of hotel bars, a lot of shampoos and shower gels, 2 dental sets (checked in with one) ice in the refrigerator which was very pleasing, convenient closet for things and a table, spacious room, large shower area, nice sink, comfortable toilet, beautiful kitchen corner, really liked the keyless access! I recommend.
The bathroom is very clean, the floor is very clean throughout the 4 days of stay, clean bed linen, clean table and kitchen set, all appliances are very clean, I didn’t disdain drinking.
After booking, the employee wrote immediately, sent all the information, when I was thinking about canceling the reservation, offered a refund, then asked if I would cancel, but my plans changed and I refused, but very nice! questions arose during the stay, answers were quick via messenger.
I didn’t even find any cons, the quality is clearly better relative to the price.

There is no air conditioning, the stuffiness in the room is terrible, there is a fan that is of no use, you open the window, and there is construction noise all day long, it is impossible to sleep. The towels were stained. The code for the intercom that was given upon check-in did not work; we had to wait for someone to come in and open the door, because the security guard who was sitting there did not even look in our direction. The audibility from the neighbors is very good, all night long someone was having a showdown and stomping very hard.
Upon arrival, they sent us all the data.
And we moved in on our own.

We had a family weekend. We were accommodated in two adjacent rooms. All information is sent to WhatsApp, apartment number, access code, key expiration date. The room has everything you need, from kitchen utensils to an iron, ironing board, air conditioning. We were very pleased with the accommodation. I recommend it to everyone.
