Excellent hotel, glad that the metro is very close, a minute's walk. Nearby there is a shopping center, pharmacies, cafes. The linen was snow-white, clean, the maids were cute, they came every day (not everywhere). On each floor there is a water cooler and an iron, which was also very nice. Hairdryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, everything that was stated worked. I was very pleased, for the money it couldn’t be better, I recommend it to everyone! The staff is also very nice. The plumbing is old, but in good working order, clean, no foreign odors or mold. There is no kettle, but hot/cold coolers. There is water on every floor. The breakfasts are hearty and tasty; you choose from a list of dishes in advance. The staff is polite and smiling. Overall I liked the hotel and can recommend it.

The air conditioner only makes noise but does not blow at all, and in order to open the window and ventilate the room you had to stand on the windowsill and climb under the ceiling. That's why it was stuffy.
