FoRRest Vodny

Conveniently located, with contactless key collection. The apartment is clean and towels are provided.
The Wi-Fi connected and redirected to my account with a message stating it hadn't been paid for. The bathroom lacks toiletries except toilet paper. The front door handles are extremely loose, practically falling out.

Dirty and washed-out bed linen. The bed is broken at the base and barely holds up. The mattress has terrible springs. There is a hole in the ceiling. Some lamps do not work. The shower has a small shower head, the large one is broken.

Large table, there is enough space. There is a closet. Convenient location for us.
The curtain had a cigarette hole in it, the tulle smelled very bad, most likely of old cigarette smoke. The shower cabin is poorly made, everything leaks, the shelves are terrible, rusty. There was no mat in the bathroom, it was very slippery. The toilet doesn't flush well. The water in the shower is difficult to regulate. The next morning, the cleaning lady knocked on our door for no apparent reason and disturbed our sleep.

The apartment is dirty, the remote control doesn't work (the batteries fall out), the bed is double and the blanket is one and a half size. The administrator simply does not communicate. Before moving in, it was discussed that I would need reporting documents, the administrator promised to prepare the originals and bring them, but in the end he simply disappeared on calls and did not answer messages either. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone with such quality of services and for such a price.

From the metro to the hotel less than 10 minutes. There is a shopping complex nearby where you can eat and shop.
The room has everything you need, overall we are satisfied.
I am not a smoker, so I am very sensitive to the smell of cigarettes. There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet and shower. Either it’s the smell from the neighbors’ hood, or the previous guests smoked there heartily.

Good location, new residential complex, new house.
The renovation could have been better, for the money the house next door is much better, no coffee, no tea, no sugar, just salt for some reason, apparently so that life doesn’t seem sweet) ) ) ) ) ) the window is broken, you can’t open it normally (the mirror is located in such an area that it is not convenient to look at (the toilet does not always flush properly, poor lighting in the bathroom.

We lived as if in a transformer booth. Something has been buzzing nearby for 24 hours. When contacting the administrator, no interest was shown, but they offered to move out without a fine. When we arrived, there was a smell of missing food, it went away when aired, and then reappeared.

Location and relative silence.
The oldest mattress, the springs of which dig into all the bones of the body. A broken cloth on the bathroom floor that can hurt you.

Convenient location. Silence. Everything you need is available in the room.
It would be better if check-in instructions were sent immediately. The building is an apartment building, there is no sign. Instructions for self-check-in were sent after a phone call. Everything else is good. Thank you.
