Park Tower

This is not the first time our whole family has stayed at this hotel. Good location, own parking, excellent buffet breakfast, kettle, refrigerator, toothbrushes, etc. In the room. Budget-friendly enough. Everyone was happy.

I previously stayed at the Park Tower Hotel for several days. I was pleasantly surprised by the price/quality ratio. As a result, on my next visit to Moscow, also for a few days, but with my family, I chose this hotel. All liked it. Quiet, cozy, with good, friendly staff and great breakfasts. I will stay there again.

Very clean room, snow-white bed linen. Cleaning every day. Very good!
Wonderful and polite staff. All issues are resolved very quickly and efficiently.

I always stay on business trips and with my family, everything is fine. However, the Hotel is not at all familiar with loyalty; the last time it was not possible to make the trip, unfortunately. Canceled the reservation a few days in advance, asked for a refund of the advance payment, and was refused with reference to the reservation rules, which inherently cover up unjust enrichment. Very tired hotel. It's hot in the room, there's no way to turn down the heating anywhere. The plumbing doesn't work. When the call came, the toilet was made. Although he asked to be placed in another room. They said it couldn't be done, they'll fix it now. Then I saw that the water in the mini-bath was not draining well; the plug needed to be pryed off with something. The safe is locked. TV stops working at night. You could call about any problem, but for this they have employees who receive a salary. I come to spend the night, not to look for their problems. In the morning I went to the Borodino hotel, the price was cheaper, and better in absolutely everything!

The hotel has never been 4 stars. Only if a star was added for providing bathrobes. The overall impression is not very good, especially downstairs; at the entrance there is a trace of the Soviet past. The standard rooms on the 9th floor are small but cozy, the plumbing is not very good, the tank in my room was leaking.
The cafe downstairs is just a nightmare, greasy chairs and cheap napkins on the tables, very expensive and not tasty. The waiters, like sleepy flies, couldn’t wait, they asked us to pack the remaining pieces of pizza, the waiter brought a container and asked us to do it ourselves. We need to work with the staff! On the positive side, friendly maids and a very good Breakfast Buffet with champagne. Advice, don’t overpay for a fake star, it’s a solid C!

At first I didn’t like the hotel, but after the mistakes were corrected it was quite comfortable. She confirmed the reservation at 10 am and repeated that she needed a child’s bed in the room + late check-in. As a result, when we arrived at 22, we checked in for almost an hour! And this is with a one-year-old child and a whole day of driving on the road. There was no bed in the room, we were waiting for one to be brought. They brought it broken and high and asked to replace it. In the end, everything was replaced, but it took a long time; if we had prepared the room in advance, we wouldn’t have wasted our nerves and wouldn’t have left an unpleasant aftertaste. The room is clean, beautiful, everything works. Cleaning every day, linen change upon request (this had to be done several times as a child). Towels are also changed every day. The bath, however, is designed for dwarfs and it was convenient only for a child to sit in it, but there were no problems with water. The buffet is excellent, every day there is something new, everything is tasty and fresh, there is something for both kids and adults. Large selection of drinks and many tables, there were no queues. Overall, I'm happy with the hotel, but the staff should spend a little more time on quick check-in.

Suites have Bad smells, not the same as the picture, reservation desk employees not helpful, they gave me less than what I paid, not recommending this hotel to anyone at all.

Rooms are not old but room celaning isnt working, I dont know mybe it is Russian standart they didnt wash glasses during five days.
Locatiob is good, not far metro station. If I compare price and quality lecvel it is low. Kitchen is not modern, there are much way noise.

The worst hotel I stayed in my life, I booked 2 suites but I got less than a superior rooms, don’t believe the suites or rooms pictures on the website it’s totally different, I stayed only one night and I left!, not even consider it as 2 stars (motel).

Bathrooms — water leaking from the ceiling. Food — I can literally say that it is dog food. They were feeding us small portions of dog food.
Breakfast was okay, you can find something nice. But other things, avoid. Eat in Burger King which is close.
The cleaner will never get your garbage or change bed sheets. Never experienced something like this.

Good clean and roomy, just avoid rooms near elevator as they tend to bang loud when they close.
There's no bellman service, or maybe he didn't approach us. Nobody offered to help with baggage on checkin, and we had to call multiple times for help on checkout.

The hotel is a bit old. The rooms have carpets and mine had a tobacco smell. The service is great and amenities too. Difficult to find The for stars. Breakfast really good and clean towels and sheets.

They can't speak English, It was smelly and not clean. Bathroom is so bad. Tiny and just shower booth. (Even we reserved to junior suite room! ) Also you should carry your luggage self. It's just 2 star.

It was smelly and not clean. I asked them to cancel my booking after 10 minutes I entered the hotel. It’s 2 star not 4. AC was not working also TV channels. The worst hotel I ever stayed. I booked in booking. Com and till the morning I was asking them to cancel it. I checked in at 1 am. So they canceled only the second day and returned my money for second day. But in booking. Com it shows they canceled for both days so I can not write comment there. Very small room. No concierge. To enter the hotel u should carry your luggage by yourself. And there r stairs to the entrance. Staff is not professional also security. Even if it was 10$ for a day I will never stay there. Bad atmosphere. Look like old psychiatric hospital. U enter your room and there r 3 doors. 1 very small bathroom, 1 closed room and 1 bedroom with very small sofa small bed and bad smell. And moreover I booked deluxe room not standart!
