Hotel condition on the weak 3. Cleaning daily. One of the nights during my stay in a hotel in a neighboring room behind the wall was a fight, over-woken the entire floor. CCTV cameras on the floors are not, as well as the attendants on the floor. As long as you get to the security service, you can kill someone.

Nice hotel. Interiors are so-so, but in uomandirovke much is not necessary. The breakfast is excellent.

Good location. Very bad room service and staff. Best part is indian restaurant at top floor.

Very bad hotel. Very rude receptionists. No heating in November (external temperature — 4C, one wall in the room is made of a glass window). I reported at the front desk. They didn't want to provide portable electrical heater (they were using one at the front desk, but there was none for me). Their solution was one more blanket. They didn't explain how to shower under a blanket in a cold room. Those people don't know what hospitality means.

This hotel stinks of cigarettes… Never again … And no one speaks English…

Old, poor run, overheated rooms on Eastern side, concierge makes mess with taxi orders.

No air-conditioning in rooms. Toiletry given is poor quality. Do not give coffee tea making facility and also not allow use of kettle, ironing. I will not stay here again. Price is very high which is nearly $100 person.

It's a terrible impression from this hotel. Number 815 in a deplorable state, the windows are not closed tightly. The noise from the travelling cars in the room is like a window open. The room was very clean. We have to change the number, give the heat, and that's it. I have a picture of the window, the numbers. It's a pity you can't put a video on it, to understand the noise in the room. Does not match the price. I don't recommend it. Get past this hotel. All successes.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Normal numbers. The staff are three.

Very breakfast room! Looks like many of them, judging by the feedback. Staff is good (cleaning), and at the registration counter, a young man refused to help a woman viceroy him to replace her with a pillow. There are few channels on TV. Purely.

“Horrible stay. Reception staff arrogant” Nothing. Horrible stay. Only good thing is a indian restaurant at floor 16 Staffs are arrongant. They pose as if we came to stay at thier house. Cultureless staff at reception. No concierge. No help in any thing. If you have more luggage then you are trapped. Dont ever refer anyone you know. This is the best place to refer for your enemy. Rooms are smelling very bad and dirty. No hot water 25/05/2016 to 27/05/2016 till we vacate. Please please dont go here. Its a waste of time and money.

Great hotel! Stayed at the "Sputnik" several times and have no pity! Quality-price ratio on high-level unconditionally. Additional pluses are not strong remoteness from the center of the city. Don't be confused by the appearance of the hotel, because inside all very decently, ranging from numbers ending with several restaurants inside.

The appearance of a satellite can scare someone, but it is likely to be the only minus, because more than anything to me, personally, this hotel is not upset. I stayed in a double room for 4600 rubles (if paying in cash, will cost 5 500 rubles. I booked a card in advance).
The room was a large comfortable bed. In the bathroom-all necessary amenities (shampoo, SOAP, hair dryer, bathrobe). Before bed-plasma tv. Maybe for me it was a little bit crowded in the room. The staff every day.
Also pluses-free Wi-Fi, you can call a taxi. Good location-10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station (the nearest is Leninsky prospect).
I was pleased with my stay.

In Moscow quite expensive stay in hotels. But the hostel, such as where else 4 strangers except me, live in room-I can't stop. So was looking for best option for price and distance from the Center. Chose among three more hotels. Although 4 200R per single room-for me it is a substantial sum. I can say that I was satisfied with the money and have no regrets. And in terms of service and maintenance. And in terms of remoteness from the Centre all with Companion well. Evenings and went on long walks, with stints in shops and for dinner sushi. Day worked, so that was a good Wi-Fi on my floor (9 floor).
The only small drawback, which I noticed is that you can smoke in the rooms. Me, as a non-smoker, it is not very nice. Although a strong odor I didn't feel sharp, but my nose still felt the smell.

The hotel is nice. The staff is polite and friendly. Good location, not too far from Kremlin. Ask for rooms on the 10th floor as they have just been renovated. Very clean and cozy. Breakfast buffet is various and tasty. I rate it as a good place to stay.
