Poor room services. Not-fluent english speaking reception. Breakfast is ok. And there are no bottles of water or tea in the rooms.

All liked, cleaned quality every day. The restaurant had delicious food. The hotel was covered in plants it's very beautiful from the outside.

Cleaning of the rooms limps, the bathroom is lying (like women's) hair. The rooms on the fourth floor as the furniture is already tired, carpet all in stains, as there is a rubbish on a ground, it would be not bad to refresh repair. The four stars are not like, but a touch of tension…
