Good hotel. Almost in the very center of Moscow, but despite this location the price is not exorbitant, but quite acceptable. This is probably explained by the fact that this is not a hotel as such (a separate building built specifically for a hotel), but a dozen rooms on one of the floors of an ordinary residential building. But nevertheless, in fact, it is a full-fledged hotel with standard rooms, which have their own bathroom, a TV and other “goodies” (in the form of a shaving kit, toothpaste, disposable slippers, etc. ) Breakfast is not made by yourself, but brought to the the room at the appointed time from the nearest cafe is still warm. And a nice bonus: free tea/coffee and other tea accessories available around the clock in the hotel lobby.

Great location. Near Kitay-Gorod, Lubyanka, Chistye Prudy. There are many cafes of different price categories. In the evening it is very quiet near the hotel. Has its own parking. Tea, coffee at any time in unlimited quantities right next to the rooms.

A very good hotel for its price. There are not many rooms, the walls are thick, so the room is quiet. High ceilings, clean, the furniture and walls are certainly worn out, but overall it’s quite comfortable. The room has a hairdryer, the towels are white, intact and smell nice. There is a coffee machine in the lobby where you can make tea and coffee. Breakfasts are held 200 m from the hotel at the Golden Vobla establishment. The portions are large and quite tasty. In general, the only let down was the age of the renovation :)

Nice hotel. Excellent small room, soft bed (large bed). Entrance from the yard, sign in the alley. Quite steep steps, no elevator, narrow staircase (not very convenient with luggage). Breakfast is in a cafe nearby, delicious. The plumbing is normal. There is a cooler, a coffee machine, and tea in the hall. The price is reasonable.

The hotel is generally ok. Friendly and welcoming staff. Of the minuses, there is an almost complete lack of cold water and some disadvantages of poor-quality repairs on the stairs and in the corridor.

Good enough place close to the heart of Moscow if u r willing to walk — restaurant n shops nearby and also metro at a walking distance. Good small yet clean rooms with all basic facilities.
